ILS to Minimums! Cirrus SR22

My first time in actual conditions turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences Ive ever had flying. Our first ILS took us down to the very last foot of minimums just barely spotting the lead in lights at the last second. A great learning experience for both of us and especially for me as a newly minted instrument pilot!

ILS to minimums... in a single. Gets your juices flowing!!! After you do it only then do you realize the adrenaline had you razor-sharp concentrated :) Nice work. The only single aircraft I'd do that is the Cirrus with the ballistic parachute.

Sure does get the juices going. Anything equipped with a GFC500/700 autopilot and some decent glass id have no problem taking to minimums as long as I’m proficient. Having a second pilot that day and being in an SR-22 sure did reduce workload I’ll tell you!

Love flying in actual, my CFII wouldn't sign me off foe my checkride unless i had at least 5 hours IMC... Good JOB!!!
