As a Georgia resident, I can say that you have done one of the most difficult things there is. Killing a mature Georgia Mountain Buck. Killing 2 bucks and a hog on the same trip. Hunt of a lifetime. Congrats.

That would be a tremendous buck anywhere but that is a MONSTER for Georgia. I hunted there a several years ago. It is tough hunting. This has been the best year of THP ever and it was great in the past. The Hunting Public has become the premier hunting channel. Period. Congratulations on a tremendous buck and a fabulous season! I just know that compared to hunting "farm country" in Missouri, the hills of Georgia are a lot more work. I meant it as a compliment to those of you who brave those mountains. @@johnmcmorris1170 You're 100% correct. I killed a nice pig on the same wma they were on in this video, and I would argue this country is the toughest hunting in the Southeast United States. Deer like this are definitely not an everyday thing, except for those South Georgia cornfield hunters.

You know what gets me is the vast majority of the nation looks down at gun hunting but when you get back in the National Forest laurel mountain thickets of Western Virginia, West Va, Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, North Georgia, and so on its a whole different ball game. To me it is one of the greatest challenges in whitetail hunting. Thin deer populations with very little habitat diversity, endless bedding... Then again it is in my blood being born and raised in Western Va. I honestly wouldn’t trade it for the best Midwest hunting. The mountains are in my blood. I love it. It’s great to see some similar mountain hunting on main stream. Good Job THP. Congrats Warb!!

Dudes! I'm a bow hunter, not much of a gun hunter, so I honestly don't enjoy the gun hunting videos as much... BUT this may be my new favorite THP video. That was absolutely awesome! Felt like I was right there with ya guys, and the reaction to finding him was priceless. Great job guys!
