ELECTRIC SPORTBIKE from CHINA | the Chinese Seller that SCAMMED Me Still Won't Help...

Almost a year ago, I bought an electric sportbike from China and got it six months later. The Chinese seller, Wuxi Saichi Vehicle Industry, sent me the base model motorcycle when I paid twice as much for an upgraded version of the electric bike. Ordering from China through Alibaba.com sounds good when you look at prices, but for me, the whole experience has been unpleasant, even to this day. The seller pulled a good old-fashioned scam on me and forever lost my trust when they wouldn't make it right.
THE SELLER CHANGED HIS COMPANY NAME TO "Wuxi Jose Vehicles Co., Ltd" ...Avoid them like the plague.

Check online companies that are in USA there are a few. They buy in bulk from China mark it up a little not much still a great deal. And they cut out the headache of dealing with International shipping normally its shipped right from a warehouse in USA sometimes it comes from a port if its a hot item or a rare item and they dont have it in stock but be sure to ask where its shipping from. If it comes from a port tell them you want free shipping or a discount cause it will take longer

Yes its safer to buy at a store. BUT using a site like power sports or saferwholesale to buy "cheap" China doll bikes dropped at your door is 99% safe lol at worst you may get a different color than picked or some damage from shipping but both things are handled fast it is best to unbox right away with driver still there. The company are in USA.. And sometimes there is a few week wait for papers c.o.o with saferwholesale SOMETIMES.. I've order over 40 bikes scooters dirtbikes mopeds motorcycles longest wait was 5weeks 2 for the bike another 3 for papers worse issue handlebars were not packed but i got them 2days later after calling and they sent me a free upgraded helmet and gloves (upgraded cause bike came with a free set 2nd was better) And price isn't that much more than buying straight from China like that 2,500 bike might be 3,300 with shipping

I think they have purchase agents for dealing with Chinese enterprises. Always deal through them, not directly with the company. That’s the best safeguard against being scammed. You don’t know what its like in China and you need to protect your hard earned money. Anyone who doesn’t use a reputable purchase agent is a fool.

I keep hoping that the next video will be positive, but in typical scammer fashion they just provide the bare minimum of promises to keep the conversation going in the hopes that you stop responding. It's quite textbook now that I think of it. Also: those photos look like basic stock photos, and I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it's just one person with multiple (fake) online personas just to make the scam dissipate faster. Having worked with chinese manufacturer, most of the names of the people are fake. Even sometimes one guy responds with different names and designation. Often company goes bankrupt in a few months after scamming a bunch of people. Totally legal.

Inja, you are pretty much spot on when it comes to the cultural differences. In many Asian/Oriental cultures, in addition to honor and shame, a big part of their culture is face, or--more precisely--losing face; this is especially true in business. I'm going to lay odds that none of the three reps have ever apologized, or said they're sorry. (I've worked in call centers for 15 years; if I had a nickel for each time I sincerely apologized or said I was sorry, I think I'd be able to buy that company you're dealing with, and STILL have money left over.) If you can somehow word things so it doesn't sound like they've lost face, you might be able to get further. I'm glad you're sticking by your guns, and not taking down the videos. I'm also glad that you're willing to do a video when--and IF--they make it right.

I looked at their website, Those different photos of staff etc.. , It's likely the same person, there is no website other than an alibaba presence , Alibaba know absolutely that most of the sellers are false. The addresses are residential areas and the phones are mobiles.

He waited five months for delivery of the motorcycle. By then the window for filing a claim with a credit card company will have closed, often it's ninety days. If a product is late arriving I tell the seller I am going to file a claim with the credit card company, ebay, Alibaba, etc. because the claim window is close to closing. I usually get a refund then without asking for one. This shows they don't have the product to ship.

Glad to see you're maintaining the high road on this. It's be easy to curse them out or get vulgar over this, but at the end of the day you keeping your cool is why I continue to follow this story, that and hoping to see you modify this bike into something worth owning. Frankly after a certain point of fixing it up with replacement parts (controller, motor, batteries, or maybe even tires) I'd think you might be able try registering it as a home built bike (like you ordered something from them and used it for parts like the frame and plastics).

If you purchased with a credit card you can dispute the purchase and they’ll reimburse you and reverse charges .

Scammers know this and they tell you they won’’t accept credit cards and they reject PayPal. They always want you to send them a wire which can’t be reversed by your bank. Then they have you cold. That should be a red flag. Run in the other direction if they insist on a cash only deal. Scammers aren’t concerned about their customers, they just want to take your money with no concern about whether you benefit from the transaction. Best word of advice is to stay clear of them!

Agreed. The Cybertruck is a kindergarten art project. There is no reason for it to be bulletproof and for it to have the thick metal it has for outer panels. Body parts will be only available from one place and be extremely expensive. So I do think it will meet the same fate as the Delorean. @DJI Ireland I buy from alliexpress aswell I've found they are really good only problems I've hand is it takes forever to get hear and I've only had afew things break in the past but I was refunded I also wont spend over a certain amount their becase it's to risky

Should buy on the end customer website that is aliexpress, alibaba is only good to buy wholesale, and you better go visit the company and deal with them in china directly to make sure they don't ship crap...

They are definitely worth it if you are shipped the correct bike, my brother just got an 8000w R3 model with a 72v40ah lithium battery from Wuxi Stanford in like 2 1/2 months, it's look turns heads, is whisper quiet and a blast to ride, got up to 40 at half throttle while it's only been ridden halfway down the street and back since it not registered, I personally ride an FZ07 so the lack of any torque on takeoff(feels like riding in 3rd gear) and noise feedback caught me off guard at first but at I'd buy one as a commuter as it is a quick nimble 200lb bike, and can easily overtake cars. The 8000w feels equivalent to a 150cc-250cc, Inja most likely got a 3000w that probably feels like a 50cc

There isn't some huge company with customer service individuals. There is some dude that speaks English that is just an agent selling these bikes. You are thinking it is some large company focused on delivering amazing products. No, he's not going to help you. He never intended to help you. You are talking about destroying reputations and things. They don't care. I've seen companies close, and re-open 2 days later with a different name here, in the same building and everything. You are thinking like a westerner "If you fix it right, you will have views from me!" rofl bro, Chinese people are short term business thinkers. They think about making money, right now, this very second. You already gave them money. There is no faster model. There is no longer range model. They lie about those types of things here. Even the delivery guys with HUGE bikes here don't go that fast. They aren't going to send you anything, to make anything right. Because Chinese people are hella cheap. It sucks you got scammed, but honestly, just file a credit card complaint. Be done with it, they will deal with it. Sounds like you have lots of evidence to give them.

I got lucky buying hybrid batteries for my honda civic and insight from a seller in Alibaba. Very responsive seller. But many chinese are sneaky, don't trust them. Not all asians are same. I would definitely say that they have dishonored their name. That is big and very shocked that they aren't willing to correct the fault that clearly happened on their end. Keep up the post on this company and if they truly want to make money then they will do the honorable thing by sending the correct parts that was advertised for what was ordered.
