would like to say that dropping out is also okay instead of forcing onwards. obvs is highly inspiring when people feel not good enough but my mental health was so poor and I was heavily depressed and my anxiety stopped me from doing so much including practical things, carrying on wasn't an option. my lecturer was mentioning withdrawal in about week 5, maybe less. if I carried on, I would've probably been putting myself in danger. I also developed Tourettes but that's another story. just from another POV that it's totally acceptable to drop out if it isn't for you. I'd urge people to have a go if curious and open minded, but don't push on if things are really not looking good or improving
