This is the last one of 2012. I will later make a video containing all 4 volumes, into one. Had I done that from the start, it would have been a daunting task, it was much easier to make it in 4 volumes. Made the process much more enjoyable too. Thanks for your support on these volumes. I will continue to do the other years he did this. I will probably do 2013 last. Enjoy!

In all honesty i understand that there needs to be a pillar to base the standard... But when it come to Craig... He's in a league of his own. He doesn't "fit" the standard... Well.. The "normal standard" being sullivan and carson.. And ive noticed the craig/conan thing goin on (not in this comment section).. Please don't compare them.. In many ways they are very similar. But Craig and Conan both are legends.. They stayed true to themselves and you could tell by the way guests would interact with both of them. And on a semi related note. If i could think of anyone right now that had the same kind of awkward silly humour and also conduct a decent interview I'd say.. Mark Normand, Jim Norton, and Theo Von..

Watching these, I've realised how joyless most comedy these days is - playing the game of chasing ratings, avoiding offense, sticking to the script, creating fake meme-worthy moments, keeping the corporate overlords happy. Craig's act has something authentic about it and feels from a better more innocent age.

He is so good with using so little to entertain. So quick and dangerously charming with his words. We really lost a genius entertainer when he left. And I love when he gives random members of the audience dinners at fancy restaurants no matter what they do. It could be just 1 single guy or a school of "lesbians", and he'll tell them to stack the bills. Such a people's person. Even more now, he's just doing stand ups with bare minimum promotions. If you like him, you'll buy his books and go see him, if you don't he doesn't have rats ass about it. I love him.

So, quick question: I notice when people are on the show consecutively, they're wearing the same outfit. Did Craig used to film two episodes on the same night or did they manage to get them to wear the same clothes twice? OP - I love these videos, thanks for uploading them :)
@johnking51742 жыл бұрын
Craig would always tape the Friday show on a Thursday, just after they taped the Thursday edition, using the same studio audience. This gave him and his staff a long weekend off. Also for some weeks such as during Thanksgiving he would tape a whole week of shows alongside the regular weekday shows. It is known as "double banking" episodes.
