Hello, My name is Tiffany. To the Chief that was doing all of the directing, and to all the JFRD Firefighters. My friend and I watch and follow many of the people that film Fires and Rescue from around the country. This was the Best Orchestration of Any Fire that I have seen. It was very precise, top notch and well directed, In that everyone knew their job almost before it was told to them. It was a very commendable job to everyone participating. Heart broken for Ms Lisa, her staff and all the athletes, past and present! This was a safe place for our children. GU taught our kids so many life lessons through gymnastics. They love each and every child that walked through the doors. Talent or no talent they they gave all for each athlete, through love, encouragement, exceptional coaching and prayer! I cannot wait to see Ms Lisa rebuild! God will definitely provide her a path. Thankful no one was injured! #gustrong

Hello there I am new to ur channel you do really good videos and you capture the fire scene really good it is sad to see this place go up as it was a place were children went and learned gymnastics for nany years it upset me more to see this place getting destroyed by fire as my daughters went to gymnastics here in the uk when they were younger and they loved it there and learned alot and it brought back memories of the days they went to gymnastics hopefully the owner will be able to rebuild it for present and future generations to come I would also like to thank all of the fighters for doing what they could to safe this building

Curious if the investigation ever concluded cause of fire? I have lots of family & friends past/present in the fire fighting community. JFRD is very professional in every aspect, from rescues on TC’s to fighting structure fires! Jacksonville is lucky to have great leaders and excellent/well trained firefighters! Great job on the videos. Very educational and it’s appreciated. These men and women are never given the recognition they deserve!! Thanks for creating this great channel to give these heroes some recognition.

I really appreciate the presentation of these videos. The extended scene footage and radio traffic, rather than brief highlight clips, with the helpful footnotes clarifying details really give a good impression of the overall scene and all of the individual effort going on. Are "Fire" units (Fire 5, Fire 11) equivalent to the Battalion role found in many departments?

For those who might not be aware when the conditions on the fireground go to hell The RIT is activated and they are the firefighters who are called on when the firefighters are in need of rescue usually right when the Mayday is called is right about the time the IC decides to go defensive exterior attack. We all know when the ladder pipes go up the building will be a parking lot.

I have been in the fire service for 30 years, I just want to know why it's always straight streams. Even on master streams? If they would open the streams to at least a narrow fog, it would spread the coverage and turn the water droplets to steam expanding coverage and fire suppression. I have no idea why I'm seeing so many straight streams to fight these fires. By the way, I m the inventor of RIT

We use the straight streams for penetrating power...often, much of the roof is still in tact, or there are walls and such shielding the seat of the fire that we are trying to penetrate and the straight stream is much more effective to the application we need at that time.

As stated in the video description, the audio and video are not synched...this radio traffic rolls immediately...I respond from wherever I am an begin videoing once I arrive...this is a big city (845sq miles) and I cover it all

I gotta question do you guys have a lot of no hydrant district I was a volunteer ff and then Capt and asst chief but we only had a few opportunities to dress a hydrant btw that was so neat lol water now is a great thing , people take them for granted til your out of the hydrant district . great video sir thank you and you guys stay safe from the other end of I 95 in Maine 🍀🪓
