Personally, I'm not mad over the Typhlosion line not having their flames out all the thine, since that did happen with Ash's Cyndaquil in the anime. But at the same times, I get where fans are coming from with this complaint. Maybe have their flames out in battle, but have them out in Pokemon Amie(or some other time when they're not in battle)

@@bulborb8756 Pokemon Colosseum (and Gale of Darkness, for that matter) reuses the models from the Pokemon Stadium games for the Gen 1 and 2 Pokemon. This reflects in the shiny Pokemon too, which is why they look so different from the rest of the series. In particular, Smeargle's coloring is completely different from its Gen 3 sprite, since for some reason Smeargle's normal and shiny palettes swapped from Gen 2 to Gen 3. Smeargle has a red tail in its model because normal Smeargle in Gen 2 had red tails, but in Gen 3, normal Smeargle have green tails and shiny ones have red tails. It leads to an amusing dissonance.

I honestly agree, Espeon’s shiny is sorta underrated. Dark green isn’t as bad as other types of green(plus to me, Espeon now looks like another gem)

I literally watched The Sound of Music TODAY and also my first shiny was dwebble (blacker "shell" instead of dark grey and blood orange instead of brick red, which are practically the same crayons)

I definitely have to agree about Dusknoir. Not a terrible shiny by itself, but the fact that it completely departs from its previous evolutions is just off putting.
