Fluffy Vegan Doughnuts
Makes 6 doughnuts
250g all purpose flour
3g salt
10g castor sugar
4g instant yeast
180ml water
45ml refined coconut oil
Oil for frying
Flour for dusting
Custard Filling:
375ml barista oat milk (or any thick plant milk)
125ml coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla paste
60g castor sugar
40g corn starch
Pinch of turmeric
Chocolate Ganache Filling:
100g dark chocolate
70ml oat milk
30ml espresso or coffee
Pinch of salt
20g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
