53:10 I know you ended up winning anyways, and got some bad dice when black slammed that cap, but I definitely think that was black's "now or never" turn, and you should have pulled troops off of the 140, maybe like half to make sure you defend against black. I said that in the moment while watching that I thought the fortify there was bad, and then black ended up getting a good roll because of that.

Regarding the comment about the "broken cap rolls" - from what I can tell, you have opportunities to talk with the SMG devs - why not just point blank as them when they are going to fix them?

It's probable that the capitals aren't broken itself but they were absurdly luck which is completely possible, black most likely had a 10% cap roll or even lower but tried his luck

Once you get to like 60 v 60 you should almost never go positive on cap rolls, at 200 vs 200 it should take nearly infinite games to go positive. Positive rolls happen at much higher numbers, extremely frequently

I have recently switched to Europe caps, progressive, 60 seconds, fog on, no alliances, but still use stable portals on - as it does keep things moving along. The reason - it is hard to hide behind a wall of frontline troops when there's 5 extra entrances into 6 countries ( mostly, sometimes csn get 2 portals in Asian or Russia). I played a game today that saw a total beginner nearly sweep the board due to white (Master) missing his oponents castle by 2 troops .. Then getting lucky again when I missed red, then finally feeding me the blue kill. None of this wpuld have been possible without the portals. I recommend you try with them - it's great fun 😂😅😊❤ I did win the game, but very rarely do I kill all troops of final opponent,, who needs the points? It can be fun to try and see who wins final 2, if you both pulled hard and attacked all rest and your troops lay shattered across the map. I have noticed a few Masters copying your ally for a turn and then breaking/taking country trick. I tend to make ut my job to kill them if I can .. rhey certainly will die just after me if I cannot, allies who do rhat are not tl be trusted. I had one guy tried to do it twice to me when he got Iceland and UK and he saw I hsd 5 cards. I turned rhe tables on hm by agreeing them slamming into him. Those betrayers alsi get 5 frowny faces, so hopefully folkd know rhrh brokr alliance. In one game not on of 2 othef allieas hewded my call to help. My oponent had brokrn my country, had balkans AND took my castle. I got only 3 troops to add to a stack of 7. He had a 7 and an 8 of his castles and 1s on the other territories. I took back my country with 9, went into hid with 8 .. And slow rolled his castle .. with 6 left, Next go I repeatred this with 6 troops from cards, and killed him, although he had retaken his country I mrntion all of this as I observe 2 things, with blitzing it does not oay to do it with a few troops, you can lose 9 of 12 troops taking a castle with 6 on it . Slow rolling you may lose only 3 - or stop before you get to weak. When its larger amounts like 100, if you hsd 500 troops you may only lose 50, if you have 200 you may lose 120 !!!???

Just like purple hitting your 50 cap and losing 44, I had a bot hit a 30 cap the other day and lose 17. I was like 17 on a 30 cap??? I mean, given the number of games played and rolls calculated on a daily basis, such rolls should be theoretically possible eventually, but it feels like it happens way more frequently than it should.

The 44 on a 50 cap isn't that bad when you remember that on the cap you just hit, you lost a 130 on 113. The dice give and take it was pretty equal.

caps are broken af right now. The range for losses is way too big and most of the time it goes against me. Opponents attack with a 100 against a 50 cap, win and lose 40 of their 100. I do the same and I lose the roll.

Are the cap roles broken if you blitz quickly before the computer can verify it is a cap roll and adjust the values so they act like normal non-cap dice?

It's impossible as the computer takes calculations too fast (millions in fractions of a second), bugs like this only occur if one of two things happens: Code error, in this case every cap roll would be broken, not likely Ungodly amount of lag, which i don't think it is possible in a game like risk Pete just play fast in order to have more moves in his turn

Loved the game, how on earth Orange didn't kill you I don't know, you were so weak at the beginning. After you broke greens Baltic they should have been into you, as that cost them 4 troops and you basically had 7 per turn. Did noone check to see how weak you were turn wise, before the cards got past about 80 troops ? That go, where you had no card on 4 and so held 5 cards for a turn - well it was a clear signal people look for... and you should definitely died then. Also, how frigging long did it take black to take the pocket ??? He didn't even take out the bot and so started to struggle when it was removed externally. I think orange( sorry if it was green, forgot - so going with one choice orange or green.. haha) nearly killed the bot inside and so weakened himself in the pocket. Oranges strategy was clearly to win the pocket, keep letting you have a card externally, as you never added to the 2 troops in there.. I also noticed that orange had a large stack guarding France - when that disappeared one turn that was your signal to take France, UK, Iceland and most of Scandi. (I think) So funny to see black not STOP when he got to your castle, and reinforce his hidden 27 or so ... May all have turned out differently if he had. Anyway splendid.
