You'll think I'm weird...I normally dislike romantic music behind videos but for your videos now it makes me so happy to hear this outward reflection of our Father's goodness in sending you a fulfilling love after you lost your wonderful Matt. I don't know Danny's story but do know that he has the blessing of an amazing, Proverbs 31 wife in you. Sorry to be mushy, it has been a week of hard grieving here and my heart is a little raw and more sensitive. (pet loss) Thank you for showing the making of the rolls, can you believe I still haven't taken my Italian loaf pan purchased from your link for a test drive yet and this is close to a year later? Time to get crackin'. Oh and thank you for alerting us to that great bread proofing bowl set with the lame, I jumped on it and was very pleased with the quality. Am currently resurrecting my starter 'Hepzebah' and hope to be using that set for a round of sourdough before too long. But I'll also be making some of my sourdough bread machine bread dough first, hahaha. Loved, loved this video and will be making some meatball subs this Autumn. 😢 I miss him too....I can not believe we are heading towards 4 years without him. Some days it feels like it just happened and sometimes, it feels like a lifetime ago. I am very thankful that the Lord brought Danny back into my life and he understands my grief....he reminds me that we didn't get divorced, Matt was taken from me. But, God is sovereign, and our pain is refining and an open invitation to give it to Him to carry....I would never be this close to the Lord without all of this pain.....it was being stripped of everything, that allowed me to have a full surrendering. Now, I live for Him....and it's very hard for me to plan a future. It's is all up to Him......I just live day by day now. But, I miss him too.....I will every day I am on this earth. It is the price of a great love! I am so grateful I got to experience life with him for 10 years. Whata ride it was!

I have to say you make a fine lookin loaf of Italian bread, I could go for a hunk of that, slathered with butter or olive oil right about now. I’m Italian and even I buy a jarred sauce once in a while Heather. I freeze my basil, every time I’ve tried to dry it, it turns brown. I grow a lot of Greek or globe basil, really small leaves I discovered that I can wash, dry and pack it in a container it stays just like fresh, it’s my favorite basil.

No, you can just lay the two on a cookie sheet side by side. The pan makes them hold their shape. Also without the cookie sheet under it if you bake it on an open rack the bottom crust is soooo good! But I made this for years with no bread pan. It’s fine!!!
