It’s temporary effect. There is 2 type one is temporary effect. U maybe feel calm and relax. But just for short time. Do meditation for 45-90 days then meditate benefit stay with us longer

Your mind not ready to accept the reality so need someone who can help you for this. And read Bhagat Gita again and again. And find a gf or a good friend for spend happy time. ❤️

Easiest meditation techniques for beginners: 1) anapanasati: means only focus on breath and nothing else. 2) guided meditation: play its video and take your attention to body parts as directed in video/audio. Meditation is mentioned in Bhagwad Geeta as Dhyaan Yog. Once you control your mind, you can achieve anything in this world and at last, soul attains Moksha.

Vipassana is a pure form of mindfulness meditation🧘‍♀️... I have done 10 days Vipassana course, which is free for all.... Moreover I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for almost 4 years. One thing for sure, meditation helps you to hide your age(you look far more young than your biological age) and definitely you will having more good friends. 😇😇😇

@@ishaanrohmetra3447Lord Buddha has learned 3rd and 4th Aroop Samdhi from Alarm kalam and Udrak Ramputra .3.Akinccananyatan : Nothingness 4.Nevassananasannayatana :Neither perception nor perception. This took these masters decades while Lord Buddha achieved these samdhi in weeks , these masters were amazed and asked him to teach.But Lord Buddha wasn't satisfied with it , he said while i am in samadhi my klesha don't arise but after i came to normal state my latent klesh are still there.Then these guru asked him to teach them if he realised Samyak Samboddhi.After Lord Buddha achieved Boddhi , he think of these 2 master with Gyan chakxu and he found that both masters were dead and was born in Aroop realms (with form only mind exist).These masters has tought Samatha meditation (concentration meditation, mind stays same for long time ) and gift from Lord Buddha to this world is Vipassana (seeing specially and holistically) see the nature of every phenomenon which is impermanent, not self , suffuring and emptiness.Samatha is like Microscope and vipassana is like analysing the nature ,Samtha itself cannot generate Gyan ,but it is used with vipassana to see the nature of reality and only realization of truth can liberate from cycle of death and birth.

Amazing , लल्लन टॉप amazing 👌👌... इतनी बड़ी और जटिल चीजों को इतनी आसानी और मजाकिया भाषा में समझाने की जो कला लल्लन टॉप की टीम में है , शायद वो कहीं नहीं । बाकी लोग तो ' भाषाई आतंक ' स्थापित करने में लगे रहते है , अभिजात्यता से निकल पाना उनके लिए लगभग असम्भव सा है।

I used to meditate that taught by brahman kumaris .it is very helpful for me feel confident and + ,in this meditation we use to concentrate on nirakar god 🧘🙏 and feel their powers and at that time we also have to aware of what I am thinking ,very blissful really. I haven't thought about this magical thing is available in the human life that only and only god powers TQ god for becoming my part of life💝🏆🙏☺️🌺🌺

Bro get up early.. exercise daily.. Eat clean.. Drink lot of water ... Avoid junk food and junk mobile stuff.. Eat healthy and scroll through healthy vedios... I hv recovered with this technique.. Tried and tested.. Will definitely work for u as well

When you do something, you can not meditate ; if you do and you say meditation, then it's conditioning. Or you can call it Self hypnotism.

I tried various kind of meditation, personally i like om chanting meditation, bt some time it is impractical for me, because i meditate at 5am when other members of my family sleeping, specially my father who works late night. That disturb him. Then i switched to vipassna. If u tremendously focus on breath u can actually feel the movement of nose hair tip. Its amazing.

Great to see this video @Ayush. You have explained the Phenomenology nicely. The flow of content is very much appreciated.
