Supplement का मतलब अगर आप खाद्य पदार्थ के रूप से इसका सेवन नही कर पा रहे है तो प्रोटीन को पावडर के रूप में ग्रहण करना चाहिए, बस ये थोड़ा महंगा होगा , whey protein पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित हैं

Protein required to build our tissue/muscles... If we lack with protein our body will take protein from other sources like hair, bone along with our different organs hence we need adequate amount of protein in our daily life, There is nothing wrong to take excess amount of protein... If we take our protein above the RDA it will come out through urine so there is no harm of taking ample amount of protein.

Mene 7000 ka protein liya hai bhai, 1 saal se gym krra hu, weight gain ni hua tb khareed raha hu. Ab suno Khali pet mt lena protein, muje garmi ho gayi aur naak se blood aane laga hai, 3 din se nahi le para hu protein. Stomach pain hai 3 din se Original hai protein ye toh pakka hogaya qki taste bhi ganda sa hai thora and creatine bhi lera hu. 3rd day mai hi halat kharab hai. Toh protein jo beginning krre hai unko yahi bolunga koi bhi kaam slow start kare, original toh lena hai but kisi ki guidance mai le aur scoop size half hi le phele 1 week, creatinne toh bahot km 2g . Half scoop. Bhai jb kismat mai likhe ho L protein bhi nahi lagra body mai. 😅

Every information is Good, But I want to correct you on daily requirements of protein It is as per your body weight. Like if your body weight is 50Kg then your daily protein requirement is 50×1.2= 60 grams

@@sunnycasanova6571 नहीं मित्र ऐसा नहीं है, मैंने जो बताया वह आम इंसान के लिए ही है, आप लॉजिक के आधार पर सोचिए, कि एक आदमी का वजन 50 किलो है और अन्य का 100 किलो इसके शरीर की आवश्यकता समान कैसे हो सकती है। ज़ाहिर सी बात है जिस शरीर में ज्यादा मसल मास, फैट ज्यादा होगा उसको सिर्फ ठीक से काम करने योग्य रखने के लिए भी 2 गुनी प्रोटीन की आवश्यकता होगी। अन्यथा शरीर शिथिल और थका हुआ रहेगा। यदि आप 100 किलो के आदमी और 50 किलो के इंसान को समान प्रोटीन लेने की रिकमेंडेशन करेंगे तो ज्यादा वजन वाला आदमी अपने आपको हमेशा सिथिल और बीमार महसूस करेगा। कृपया करके थोड़ा और पढ़े।🙏🙏

Sir video mei jo bataya hai wo minimum amount hai adult males aur females ke liye jo health authorities set karti hai. Wo koi fix amount nahi hai ki isse jyada nahi le sakte. Obviously normal diets mei bhot se log 40-50gm se jyada hi lete honge aur jo non-veg bhi wo bhi isse jyada hi lete honge. Aur ye jo 1.2gm per kilo of body weight hai ye bhi koi fix nahi hai. Agar koi jyada intense workout karta hoga ya koi professional athelete hoga toh upto 1.7-2gm per kilo of bodyweight bhi le sakta hai

Aap sahi keh rahe ho, but madam bola average requirements of males and females. Average ka matlab har insan ki requirements alag aag hoti hai ( depending on bodyweight and level of physical activity) but this is the average.

You should have mentioned Casein is better protein when taking protein before sleep. Mentioning just protein is miss leading. Whey is fast digesting compared to casein and is not considered ideal when taken before sleep.

Protein intake should be according to individual weight.eg-if a person with 70 kgs n he do regular physical activity then he can intake 90-100gms of protein(individual weight×1.3/1.4) if a person with 70 kg n he do sitting activity/very less physical activity then he can intake 70-80 gms of protein(individual weight×1/1.1) for female, indivudual weight×0.8/1gms of protein they can intake.. There are no magic number(45 or 50 gms) for protein intake

That 46gm for females or 50gm for males are not magic numbers but the minimum standard for adults set by health or medical authorities. Requirements may further vary depending on the person and their physical activity.

Mera manna hai ki jab se log diet conscious jyada hone lage hai aur uske chakkar mein apna man pasand khana miss karne lage hai ,uske karan logon ko aur different different types ki bimari gherne lagi hai ,nahin toh pahle ke log sab kuch khate the woh bhi apne khud ke ghar ka bana ,aur din bhar kheto mein kaam karte the aur 100 saal tak jeete the koi bahut badi bimari bhi nahin hoti thi ...Aur aaj toh kai bimari toh koi bimari ka video dekh le toh usse hii ho jaati hai...

मांस में पाये जाने वाले oil के बारे में कोई बात नहीं करता जो की बहुत हानिकारक होता है । रक्त प्रवाहिणी में oil की मात्रा बढ़ जाती है कैलेस्ट्रॉल और हृदय घात होता है । इंसान लंबा जीवन नहीं जी पाता।
