I think I will make the switch with you to Premiere Pro. I trust you. Hehe! ... Stuck with Vegas for years coz of Poor PC performance but once I upgraded, the only thing that held me back from switching was FEAR. Fear of a steep learning curve!!! ... Sigh! There ... I said it!

Many many thanks for this vidieo. Could please tell me, what are those blue boxes showing V1, V2 etc at the left side of timeline and how to use those?
@theletterisb4 жыл бұрын
My pleasure! These boxes you mentioned are just the numbers of the video tracks. Just like in VEGAS Pro. You can mute tracks or only activate exactly one and disable all the others at the same time.
@jisnudeepmandal4 жыл бұрын
@@theletterisb Then why there are two boxes side by side? What are the functions of those?
@theletterisb4 жыл бұрын

For the wave form you can also double click the audio track to expand it, just another way instead of the alt+ scroll wheel

Definitely also a way to go! Thank you for sharing the tip with us! Also, before importing your audio into the timeline you can double-click there as well, and cut out a part of audio if you only need a specific moment.

Hey man, I absolutely love your videos especially the Sony Vegas ones since that's the editing programme I use the most. I was wondering if you've considered doing any type of mentoring, or teaching, maybe even one-to-one since you've got a lot of experience in this field. I'd happily pay whatever price just to get better, and you've probably taught me the most out of every other KZbin tutorial channel. Anyways, maybe I haven't seen the video but can you do a tutorial on twixtor/speed revamping (whatever it's called Lol), and maybe some kinetic typography stuff... If it isn't too much to ask ofc. Great stuff as usual though man!
@theletterisb4 жыл бұрын
Hey there Tanvir, first of all I would like to thank you for all the kind words. I really do appreciate your support and I'm happy you enjoyed my content so much. Now let's split up your message and give you two answers. I actually do 1 on 1 sessions because I think you can actually learn even more from that besides watching tutorials. Tutorials are really great and I watched a lot of them myself but sometimes you get stuck on something so minimal where no tutorial is available for this exact topic, that having a mentor looking over your shoulder is quite convenient. If you interested in more we can schedule a call and I can also give you some more information via mail. Just hit me up at theletterisb@gmail.com. Now in regards to your other question, if you want to learn proper kinetic typography you gotta learn Adobe After Effects, there is no way around it. Surely I can also teach you some text animations within VEGAS Pro but they are not "kinetic" and in regards to the speed ramping topic, I already did a VEGAS Pro tutorial and Premiere Pro tutorial on that. If you want I will send them to you when you reached out to me, so you don't have to look them up.
@TanvirHagane4 жыл бұрын
@@theletterisb thank you for the reply! And my apologies for this delayed response. That sounds awesome, and yes I agree with how 1 to 1 sessions can help a lot when you're stuck. I will be sending an email to you soon. I look forward to staying in touch! Thanks!
