12:46 A man entered upon Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) and said: Peace be upon you, O Prince of the Believers. So he stood up and said: This is a name that is only suitable for the Prince of the Believers (Imam Ali, peace be upon him). God named him with it, and no one else was named with it and was satisfied with it except that he was a homosexual, and if he was not afflicted with homosexuality (then he would be afflicted with it before he dies) and it is the saying of God in His Book: “They call upon instead of Him none but females, and they [actually] call upon none but a rebellious Satan.” He said: I said: What will your Qa’im be called by? He said: Peace be upon you, O Remnant of God, peace be upon you, O son of the Messenger of God.

The Imam said: He inherits according to the place where he urinates from. If he urinates from the male organ, he inherits the inheritance of the male, and if he urinates from the place where the female does, he inherits the inheritance of the female. Al-Kafi - Sheikh Al-Kulayni - Vol. 7 - Page 157 On the authority of Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) who said: The Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) used to give the hermaphrodite an inheritance from where they urinated. Al-Hurr Al-Amili - Vol. 26 - Page 284
