I ordered your book Breaking The Cycle. Hopefully it will get here, it was delayed. I guess I can use this to practice my patience ha. I have a question from around the first 6 min. You said a wife knows when she is being lied to because of her intuition and it poses a threat so her mind lies to her. I'm confused on the part about where her mind is lying to her. If she knows he is lying and it poses a threat what is her mind lying about? I've had your videos on auto play when I clean or do mundane tasks I don't need to think about so sometimes I get videos pertaining to things I need help with and sometimes I don't. I usually just watch them all to gain some more insight. Normally I am not confused listening to your videos but that part confused me and I wanted to remember to ask. I've always been very interested in how the mind works and I always have things to learn and improve in my life. Thank you.

The mind is not always "reasonable" nor consistent, it takes nearly all input with a fear filter and even when something should be seen as positive it takes that input with a grain of salt...until we, the owner of the mind, start to override its conclusions and suggestions.
