Evening, just wanted to share: During my wife's hospital stay due to pregnancy complications, I found comfort in your Florida (Disney/Universal) videos, imagining future trips with my wife, older daughter and her soon-to-arrive sister. Even after my daughter was born prematurely, I continued watching your videos during quiet moments at the hospital, as she needed a stay in the Neonatal unit after she was born, envisioning the memories we’d create as a family at Disney and other theme parks. Now, as I write this with my healthy, happy baby sleeping on me, at home, I just wanted to thank you for providing uplifting content during a difficult time. Cheers both

You gotta keep in mind that the Simpsons ride is technically like 34 - 35 years old because it used to be back to the future ride. I can't imagen it'll be around too much longer. I would love to get to universal one day. I'm a big movie buff and the history that place has is soo great.

I was there last year about the same time, and 'thanks' to the actor's strike we were able to see pretty much anything. Hope you two are enjoying yourselves! LA was baking hot last year!

In the 70s as a kid universal was only the tram , then they built the upperlevel for the amphitheater and Victoria station restaurant since i moved to nyc in 84 only bedn to fl universal. Did see a ton of concerts at amphitheater as a kid . Steve Martin with blues brothers opening and Lynard Skynard were memorable

I went to universal Hollywood every year from 2006 to 2012, seen many changes. Went to the 2009 mtv movie awards at the Gibson Amphitheatre, which long gone for wizarding world. They should of made that new coaster a back to the future ride and not fast and furious, well bigger fan base for bttf. Fast and furious dead in the water dunno why they making that. Just like Simpsons did that only on hype of the movie that year. Wish they kept also the hard rock cafe, bb kings bar and saddle ranch restaurant tho. Good old days.

I've only been to Universal Hollywood once and that was way back in the day when I was a kid and they only had the studio tour. I'm really looking forward to going there in a few weeks, though I just found out that the Jurassic World ride will be down while we're there. That was one of the rides I was most looking forward to. I didn’t realize it was filmed here, but the village set of the tour was once used as the fictional Irish town Fare Haven in some later episodes of Star Trek Voyager. I’ll admit I let out a nerdy squeal when I recognized it 😂😅

Epic vlog from USH!!! 🥰🥰😉🤩🌎🎥 You know, with the park working on construction of the new Fast and Furious roller coaster, it makes me wonder what will USH do the F&F Supercharged finale at the Studio Tour. In my opinion, I could see it being replaced with a brand-new one featuring Back to the Future (which would pay homage in a way to the former BTTF ride). Also, you and Charlotte look very cute as puppies on board of The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash. 😊☺️🐶

I did not know Hollywood had their own version of the Earthquake ride!! I used to love that ride so much 😭 And the Jaws bit was so similar to the Jaws ride at Orlando…now I gotta go so I can relive my childhood ☺️

II’m from L.A. and while I’m glad they’ve upgraded the Universal park here, it’s soooooo much of a letdown compared to Florida’s parks!! And when Epic Universe opens, it’s a no-brainer to just visit Florida. L.A.’s tram tour is unique, and the park DESPERATELY needs the new 2026 coaster (Desperately!), but I’m VERY HAPPY to get on that plane to Orlando!!

Shawn, I'm sad that you missed the Back To The Future ride and it was brilliant. Toward the end of its life, it got very hard to take being that any issue with the screen sync and vehicles would do your head in for the rest of the day. The ride was so complex that the screen and motion of the DeLoreans had to be perfect. At the EOL of this ride it just became a massive headache.

Dang, that's a long flight UK to Cali haha That Studio Lot Tour looks incredible. Didn't realize it had Kong, Jaws, Fast & Furious and Earthquake built into it. That's wild 36:40 They should really use a real airboat, that way when it turns it's prop towards the crowd you'd get a crazy wind effect. I highly recommend taking an airboat ride (there's tour companies) next time you're in Florida. It's truly incredible.

Enjoyed another vlog, 100% love to see what Fast and Furious coaster looks like once its complete. Cannot wait for your vlog involving that. Thats understandable about long International construction projects being a long way from home & not possible always to film construction update videos. I'm alright with UK construction update videos anyways, will love it more if Universal Studios Great Britain happens? Might even travel up there a few times myself to take photo's & videos? Not sure yet? Might even see you both up there? Gonna be epic if happens though in the UK, wondering what we will actually see built, going to make my own opinion video at some point. Giving my opinions on master plan & ideas and suggestions on things I would love to see in UK version. Studio Tram Tour is something I would love to see, Jurassic World boat ride, maybe a rapids? But a coaster 100% also in supporting is what I would also to see, Jaws boat ride like Japan, but unique & original layout & storyline? Back to the Future roller-coaster or dark ride? With opportunities for original themed lands involving British IP's inside a.k.a Grand Tour, Top Gear and many others. But nice vlog, really enjoyed and look forward to seeing more vlogs from your USA 2024 trip. 😀👍

Actually the Quick-E-Mart was removed from the Simpsons cartoon because they couldn’t find a voice actor for Apu. Instead they are now using a Trader Joe’s as the shopping area. It doesn’t affect the parks much though as universal opted to keep it.
