Making my food more colourful is my favourite tip for motivating healthier eating. A plate of all green can be a bit boring… 😅

Liver is going to be the best for iron. You can find some really nice pate recipes. If the taste is too much for you, you can soak it in milk. Steak is also great. Just make sure it’s more on the rare side

What did you do with the celery juice that you didn’t like? When the leftover tea is really bitter i just throw it in a plant’s pot ☺️. Also, be careful with tofu..its phytoestrogenic effect is potent and can disrupt your hormone levels.

Awww thanks for the celery tip! And yhh actually I’ve heard this about tofu, I switched from soya milk to almond for the same reason actually

Please ignore those plant suggestions for iron. You need to eat some steak or best yet some beef liver, even liver capsules are great.

It doesn’t always absorb better, my grandma ate meat with every meal, but was still diagnosed anemic twice in her life (once in youth, and another time at an old age). I’m vegan for 10 years and I’ve never had low iron levels even though I don’t use supplements. Variety is a good thing
