Dokken and Ratt are the best bands from the 80's of the glam metal scene in my opinion. Those albums from both bands are still amazing to me. I was ten years old back in 1988 and Invasion Of Your Privacy was my introduction to Ratt. I picked that album because of the beautiful woman on the album cover. To this day it is still my favorite album by Ratt.

This box is OK, but there is no live concerts video's or other other video's with with band members. Plus the demo ratt album should have been included in this box set . Even though the I hope that some day it will come out the ep demo. It sad that there will never be a Ratt &ROLL reunion because we the fans lost robin Crosby, or there will probably never be a new Ratt album in the future either. I guess or will there ?

Still holding out hope that the label that owns or has the rights to the Cinderella masters is on along with Keifer's input would give us a vinyl career spanning box set. CD set was released years ago and even it is hard to find. Speaking specifically to RATT this set is now down in price from certain online retailers so grab it . Only 5,000 period and there will not be anymore so if you want it even as a casual fan pick it up now and this time there are extras in the box and the band approved all the remastering etc.. so that is a major plus as well.

Pantera behind the music is garbage that has no basis in objective reality. It is largely responsible for making Pantera fans the most misinformed fan base in rock music history. That episode is bullshit revisionist history. The people that only read headlines believe Pantera is racist. No one with critical thinking skills that actually does research believes Pantera is racist. Theres literally 30 years of overwhelming evidence Philip isnt racist but people cant think anymore, they dont understand context, they dont care about evidence etc. As for overrated or underrated I would argue they are underrated because they achieved great success without without radio or mtv support. This is also why I'd argue bands like Slayer, Death etc are also underrated. They didnt get 1% of the mainstream support of bands like Sabbath, Priest, Metallica etc. Imo ya cant seriously discuss overrated vs underrated without mentioning radio airplay so either the bands with constant radio play are overrated or the bands without radio play are underrated. I've seen Pantera sell out my local NBA arena twice in 90 days without any radio support. That's impressive & it speaks to the strength of their fan base. Bottom line, Like whatever ya like.
