A schooner is a sailboat like ship (hence the intro) which was designed in I believe the 1800's for long fishing voyages, but is also adapted for shipping.

You can replace that first dispenser timer with a feedback timer (any length you like) and add another T latch to compensate the length. And the second one can be replaced by a positive-edge trigger of length about 200 ticks (20 seconds), hooked up to an inverter, to open the floodgate pistons for that duration. No more worrying about refilling dispensers, and the efficiency goes up as flooded-time goes down.

However, he is the best guy out there that creates USEFUL redstone inventions and actually takes time to EXPLAIN it carefully, with a nice sense of humor. it's a small boat used for short voyages and is wind powered. I know that they where used on whaling ships for the retrieval of the whale and they where also used as life boats in the event of a sunken ship.

@FlamingIglu but, the dispenser timer, in the long run, is a lot more effecient with materials then a pulse limiter.. the limiter uses more redstone, and he's building this for Muse Farms, in which he's limited by his redstone quantity.

The problem with that idea (in what I read it as) is that pressure plates block the flow of water. Also, if you just place pressure plates at the drop off point then the water would shut off as soon as the first piece of wool hit it and possibly strand the rest of the wheat on the farmland. But at least you are thinking of ways to improve it, that is the most important thing.

theres a way of making the seeds plant automatically..... but it includes mods you have to download single player commands then type in "instantplant" then put dispensor on the side of the farm then you can make a timer for them to shoot so when the shoot they will plant the seeds and then it will be fully automated :)

@FuzzbyStew Hmm, Obsidian with pieces of dirt for trees with tnt falling from a roof by a repeater on that powers the otherside to activate the tnt by powering redstone thru the trees and carefully timed tnt not to blow up redstone/dirt. consider it UNDER CONSTRUCTION

It only takes 10 mins to grow fully wheat at maximum light en water if you use a dispemcer to place the wheat back its easy to fully automate

Hey, everyone, my MineCraft isn't working because of a "Bad Video Card Driver" and it "Failed to find an Accelerated OpenGL Mode", so, can someone send me a video response telling me how to fix this? I have already gone all over youtube searching for a way to fix it, but nothing is working. If you need to know, I have already tried the minecraft.bat from mediafire, and i have done the dxdiag, and reduced my hardware acceleration and none of it works.I hav a Windows XP media center edition.Help!!

+Justin Workman Keep in mind how painfully old this is. Hoppers weren't a thing. And potatoes weren't. I'm sure he would be mainly using potatoes because of their superiority over other vegetables in Minecraft.
