Wow, stunningly clear and concise video. I'm not sure how you we're able to drop so much content in a short amount of time. I'll definitely be referring back to this footage as I work on my own videos.

You are truly an artist when it comes to color grading. You show us so many powerful techniques that I don't see anywhere else. I could not have chosen a better channel to subscribe to. Thank you so much for your videos. You're a colorist Jedi. Thanks for this technique on using Curves. Amazing. (P.S. I had to repost this because I forgot to thank you for the Curves technique.)

Did the matte for the face adjustment track the movement of the girl by itself or did you do something not shown? Just want to clarify. Dope Tut! Thanks Marcel!
@TheModernFilmmaker5 жыл бұрын
Skipped the tracking in this one, you just have to track yourself in the tracking tab. Davinci's tracking is absolutely amazing. Thank you Mobster!

Great tute man 👍👍 Liked and Subed. It would be great to be able to use the ARROW KEYS (Like in Photoshop) to move the points on a Curve precisely, especially when trying to match the points across the RGB channels! Anyone listening at BMD? 😎 Also, displaying the Vectorscope in this exercise along with the Parade would also help to get the white balance "legal" quicker.

this is a very stupid technique
@TheModernFilmmaker5 жыл бұрын
Which technique. There are like 3 or more techniques in this video?
@brunovillela89035 жыл бұрын
if u mastered the curves, why your video is so dark?
@TheModernFilmmaker5 жыл бұрын
Because that's how I wanted it I guess, the scopes show I am well with-in the visible spectrum. Plus mastering a tool has nothing to do with personal preference 😁 use these techniques and color however you want
@brunovillela89035 жыл бұрын
Lol, good excuse
@brunovillela89035 жыл бұрын
I Will not use it cause it is not good enough
@TheModernFilmmaker5 жыл бұрын
These techniques are extremely powerful and all of them are used by professional colorists at one point or another because you literally cant do some of these thing in the other panels. Color however you feel you create the best result but I highly suggest getting familiar with the curves. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍👊
