That's great, but if you don't qdjust your diet, you won't lose any weight

My husband eats whatever he wants. He eats tons of sugar, doesn't drink water (all sugar drinks) and yet he stays thin. I think it is because he fidgets all the time. I know when I was having back trouble and switched to sitting on a stability ball for a few months, I dropped a good 21 pounds. I didn't change anything else. This is likely because I was rocking and moving the ball almost constantly to keep balance.
