One of the original producers saw a few shows at The Muny last summer and was so blown away that he decided he wanted it to be the site for the first regional production. Pretty awesome. I saw it last week and it was as good if not better than the Broadway version. At least half the cast had performed it on tour or New York, and Taylor Louderman took time off from starring in "Mean Girls" on Broadway to be a part of it.

My Catholic high school went to see this while it was touring. Its an amazing show! Great for kids :)
