I have an idea on how to do Breadwinners correctly: The show would be about two human brothers who deliver pizza on their rocket to alien planets. The brothers would serve as straight men to their surroundings, but would have different personalities. One would be older and the voice of reason and the younger brother would be more adventurous. And since the show takes place in space, the planet they end up on would be whatever the writers wanted. Wow, Breadwinners is a lot worse than it has any right to be.

I'm not really sure what it is people seem to hate about this channel. To me, Mr. Enter is one of the best KZbinrs I've ever watched. He's not just some person on a screen. Rather, he actually tries to connect with his audience and talk to them in his videos about his life and his struggles. Some people may dislike that, but I think it's a fantastic way to make videos. It makes me see him as a real person, much moreso than your typical "Hey what's up guys it's (insert name) here!" KZbinr. For that, I'm grateful, and I'll continue to support this channel for as long as I can.

He is an easy target. In the old days the hate was somewhat reasonable. He would get too angry and he would just scream for 10 minutes or he would personally attack writers. His editing was also really bad. Like even worse than mine and I'm just starting my channel. But nowadays it's just because it's easy to paint an asexual as a pedophile creep(people have actually done that) and usually, he will either won't respond to hate or respond poorly(look at his response for his Rise of the TMNT review hate) which will enable them to keep going at it. The hate is definately overblown. He's just a cartoon reviewer ffs. No one will get hurt if he gives a bad opinion on an episode or show or movie. People need to relax

Very happy to see you address that "controversial" episode you had a while back, even countering some of the things that idiot MarsReviews had to say about you in his video (like the Teen Titans Go stuff). Nice job on the video, and while I don't really think you had to apologize for anything, it was still nice to hear your thoughts at the end. Requests really can get annoying, so it's only natural you're gonna want to lash out at some point; it's only human. ANYONE who do it if they were under a lot of stress. And, while I really miss your My Little Pony reviews, you're still one of my favorite reviewers/critics on the internet that I enjoy listening to, so you just keep doing you and try to ignore the haters.

Even better with that Canadian production law. The law has it so that not only do Canadian stations need a certain amount of Canadian produced properties, but also that any cartoon made in Canada can only use Canadian VAs. Which is why almost the entire cast of Xiaolin Showdown had different VAs when production moved up to Canada for the reboot/continuation series.
@erikbrickman4461 Жыл бұрын
That would explain why the all the voice actors in Angry Birds Summer Madness are Canadian (since most of the production was done in Canada) but I don't think that all the voice actors have to be Canadian.

Actually, the two being monkeys in space isn't all that original either as there used to be a show called Captain Simian & the Space Monkeys. I remember watching it back in the late 90's early 2000's and it was far superior from what I recall It was from 96 but in Poland, it might've aired a couple of years later bc you need to dub stuff from foreign countries and it kinda takes time. I remember watching it along with Ulysses 31 and Space Strikers. The animation wasn't flash and it was much more serious? I mean it was less of a comedy and more of a 90's action show so the tone shifted more towards X-men than Spongebob.

I can relate to this. I remember being really excited for splatoon and then hating it when it came out and my sister got really obsessed with it and thinking it was just a horrible game only to realize once i'd forgotten those negative feelings and played it on my own a lot of the flaws I thought it had were me just projecting my frustrations with an obnoxious fan onto the game and now I really like it. For instance I used to think the music was really annoying but after a year of not hearing her humming it non stop I really like a lot of the sound track and the controls I thought were broken when she would just kill me before I could learn them were really smooth once I took them in for myself without someone killing me every second.

Reading the summaries for the Fanboy and Chum Chum fanfics (oh god...) That one called 'My Monster Myself' actually sounds intriguing. Amazingly enough, it sounds like a really well thought out idea. I may have to check it out simply because I like the premise. It's amazing to think that fanfic writers put more time, effort and passion into work they earn nothing for than actual professional 'writers' on these half-baked shows.

Not only do they have different attitudes, but they are two different species. My personal favorite episode is where they go to a world of puppets and nightmare fuel. It was basically a PG Don't Hug Me episode, considering the folks from This Is It actually colaborated with Cartoon Network. And it surprisingly fit in with Gumball's wierdness.

The stampede was continuing to get faster. Mufasa was clinging on to the rock for dear life. One wrong move could lead to his death, but it all turns out to be a plan by the evil banana to send monkeys into the middle of the desert to starve to death. Zelda was finally able to weaken Ganon. All Link needed to do was strike the final blow and then Ganon could get sealed off for good, but then it all turns out to be a plan by the evil banana to send monkeys into the middle of the desert to starve to death. Red was finally able to defeat Lance. However, to his surprise, he had to take on his rival, Blue, one last time before he could claim the title of Champion. Their battle was intense. They were neck and neck, with Red’s Charizard and Blue’s Blastoise, but then a Cacturne stole their jet packs and left them stranded in the middle of the desert with two Aipoms. Please add your own here!

Well if you'd like a random topic, did you know that one of the earliest CGI cartoons Reboot went under massive tone shift when they left ABC. It also explored a massive variety of possibilities in the show with the games and got around the unrealistic movement and appearance of the CGI by just putting the setting into a computer. I'm not sure if it'll tickle your fancy or light a fire under your muse but I love that old series and if it brings you some joy then good.

I'll just throw a random hat in on one of the things you said. For thinking of something as work vs. thinking of it as fun, and which one results in more progress, I think it really is a case of each person. For myself, I actually also find thinking about the things I'm passionate about as work gets a lots more done. But on the contrary, I know plenty of people for which it's the opposite. They work better and produce more results by treating it casually and as a fun hobby.

To be fair to Cartoon Network Adventure time is about two guys (one a young teenage human boy) the other a technically older shapeshifting dog who try to help and go on fun adventures in a potentially post apocalyptic world. They aren't dufuses as one is just coming to that age he has to grow up and the other is actually really smart but just childish Regular show is extremely exaggerated slice of life with a Mordecai being slightly above average but also awkward and with a dominating slacker mentality that hides his awkwardness and Rigby who is a loud and wild counter who uses his slacker mentality to mask the fact he never feels like he fully measures up to those close to him (like Don and Mordecai) If done right the Genre IS viable but only when you play the world to such an extreme that is literal fantasy or ever little problem has a bizarre/surreal climax that involves making coffee sentient (or something)

How was The Nutshack's theme song portraying its characters in a negative manner? Sure, there's a verse about Phil being the leader of the masturbators, but in the show, he's portrayed as one of the last members of a race of warriors that fight with their penises, but that doesn't count.

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all of your work, man. Nowadays on KZbin it isn't as easy to portray yourself due to the system itself or the fans watching your content bombarding you with stuff they want. Not only do you try your hardest to be your true self here, but you talk about why it's such an important issue, and that really gets to me. Thank you. I know this might be a fan request that you just told us NOT to do, and by no means do you have to, but I just wanted to say that it would be very interesting to watch a video on your original design for what, to you, would be objectively the best cartoon. Maybe a storyboard for a pilot or something. It's just a thought.

Let's play a game. Type in the plot (or just one important plot point) of one of your favorite novels, TV show episodes, movies, etc. and end it with 'but it was all a plan by the evil banana to send monkeys to the middle of the desert to starve to death. Let's see how crazy these can get. xD I'll start: Mabel, unaware of the rift's importance, handed it over to Blendin. He threw the rift to the ground and slowly removed his goggles, revealing glowing yellow eyes that pierced into her very soul...eyes that could only belong to the nefarious Bill Cipher. With a snap of his fingers, he rendered her unconscious. Supernatural forces ripped open the sky, unveiling horrors beyond any mortal's comprehension. Gravity Falls was doomed. Weirdmageddon had begun...BUT! Turns out it was all a plan made by the evil banana to send monkeys to the middle of the desert to starve to death. xDD
