Showed he avatar and she was screaming and looked like she was having the time of her life.... I put on breadwinners? Nonstop crying once they started talking.... no idea why, she just did. +Elektro Shokk Personally I have no problem with animal characters that don't look like the animals they're supposed to be. I mean, look at Sonic the Hedgehog and friends. If Sonic's official name hadn't stated that he was a hedgehog, I wouldn't have known what he was supposed to be. The difference here, though, is that Sonic's creators actually put plenty of thought and effort into his design. And it shows. On the other hand, the Breadwinners character designs are just plain lazy.

Something else worth mentioning here: Eating nothing but bread would be _deadly_ to ducks. Bread is like junk food for birds, only worse. It has little to no nutritional value for them, is addictive, makes them feel full and thus less likely to go looking for real food and more likely to starve to death. Ducks prefer to eat water plants, insects and fish in real life. PSA: Don't feed ducks bread. What you can feed them includes grapes (though you have to cut them in half to prevent choking), cracked corn, barley, oats, birdseed, defrosted (but not necessarily cooked) frozen seeds and/or corn kernels and of course duck feed pellets.

They always tell you to not judge a book by its cover, well, Breadwinners just proves that to be wrong. Of course, I also assumed Gumball to bad based on some commercials I have seen, with the different art-styles it uses. Stock imagery is just a sign of laziness, but in gumball, it is limited to just backgrounds. At least we can tell what most of the characters are supposed to be in Gumball. All that aside, stick figures have more form than these, whatever the fuck they're supposed to be.

It's funny. Sanjay and Craig fails because they think gross = funny. Fanboy and Chum Chum fails because they think random is funny. This Breadwinners fails because....I don't know what they're doing but they're failing. Invader Zim was vulgar, random, and sometimes even absurd, but they knew how to balance all of that to entertain and not insult someone's intelligence. And Nick canceled that, not even let it finish. It's even fucking successful in the merchandise department but they still won't bring it back?? They basically have Spongebob and Fairly Oddparents on life support, what other reason is there to watch Nick? Just Avatar and TMNT the way I see it. Trying too hard..their..it is that easy. TRYING TOO HARD! Zim, I had fine animation and picked a good time to be summoned. However, it did not outstay its welcome...Any show can out stay Its welcome. Sanjay and Craig has protenal but is wasted on fart jokes. It has a good animation style, and could do alot without rubber hosing...But, they wast It. Fanboy and Chum-chum is shit..But, the pilot was better..They removed the superhero stuff and just left dumbshit. Because, It came out during the super hero overflux where people where hating super hero stuff. Breadwinners, has good animation..when they actually animated..however, Nick wants It fast..Not fresh. So, they are more then likely given shoe laces to work with. That being said, I really find those 3 just..too easy to pick on..Easy targets for snobs..Personally, still think the pilot "Shake & Flick" is the worse thing I've ever seen..and I will back It up.

Hey do you guys wanna know another show that was also about ducks? A show called, evidentally, "Sitting Ducks" based on the book by Michael Bedard. The show is about a duck named bill who goes on the average life of a city born duck with his friends, including an alligator (which usually eats ducks) named, Aldo, three slackers named, Edy, Oly, and Wadle, and Bev the cafe manager. Bill and his friends get involved in pretty screwy situations that actually have some amusement to them as the characters themselves have charm. The jokes are good for the most part, the voice acting is solid, the animation is decent for computer-generation, and the music is down right catchy. The show has earned a 7.2/10 on IMDB, and even came to be one of my favorite animated shows as a kid. That show got cancelled unfortunetly, so we get to have this show instead! I'm just so glad to know that Satan has had a big influence on the media since 2005, Welcome to the thousand years of darkness, everyone!

I saw this episode a couple years back and I liked it. But that's because back then, I loved any story with a romantic theme. Now, how to fix this episode: Swaysway and Budduche are delivering bread, when something goes terribly wrong. They think it's hopeless, then Jenny Quackles comes along and helps them out of their situation. After that, Swaysway finds he can't stop thinking about her. He soon realizes he's in love with her, but feels that she'll never love him. Then he finds the love loaf, and then feels all his problems have been solved. He and Budduche track Jenny down, and go through many endeavors to try and get her to eat the bread, and a bunch of wacky shenanigans happen as a result. A bunch of ducks eat crumbs of the bread, and the most ridiculous matches are made as a result. Finally, Swaysway gets to the last crumb of bread, and just when he's about to feed it to Jenny, she asks him what he's doing. He confesses the whole thing to her. Jenny says that she could never love anyone who would try to do such a thing to her, and admits that she already has a boyfriend. Swaysway is heartbroken, but he learns his lesson. Then sometime later, he falls in love with another girl duck, and, well, here we go again. It's a bit cliched, I suppose, but anything's better than what the writers went with.

I think I know why Nick did this. A while ago they made a tv series, Making Fiends, based on a somewhat lesser known web series of the same name, or at least no one I've talked to knows about it. Looking at it in screenshots, its minimalist and its the same set up every time, Charolette annoys Vendetta with her cheerfulness and stupidity, Vendetta tries to kill her and fails. Despite it, its very funny simply because of all the ways Vendetta tries, and how Charolette turns her plans on their heads. Nick probably thought they had another thing like it, an undiscovered gem. Well...there's no accounting for taste...or a brain that they've...clearly lost...

When the network shows programs like modern Spongebob, Sanjay & Craig, FB & CC, and Breadwinners multiple times a day, while shows like TMNT and Legend of Korra get only shown once a week and at somewhat obscure timeslots, which do you expect to get better ratings? When I first saw that Breadwinners was going to be a new show, I honestly thought Buhdeuce was a fish at first. I thought his yellow hair was a fin and his beak was orange fish lips. He didn't (and still doesn't) look anything like a duck. Neither does Swaysway, really. Their beaks don't look like beaks, and they have TEETH! Sure, Donald Duck's been drawn with teeth before, but he can get away with it because you can at least tell just by looking (and by his name) that he's a duck.

A show filled to the brim with creepy butt jokes, distasteful toilet humor and really annoying characters that has an episode that gives off several hints of rape, pedophilia and other creepy sexual suggestions becomes a smash hit for Nickelodeon and somehow, Nickelodeon is still the most viewed children's channel with programming like this. Seriously, if we don't want Nickelodeon to continue on airing garbage like this it is best we don't watch these kind of shows at all and tell the kids not to watch them as well for the sake of their humanity and maybe Nick will finally stop airing trash like this, start taking their animation department seriously again and treat their audience with respect again.

Well, here's what I think. If Swaysway really loved Jenny Quackles, he'd just go up to her and confess his love to her without poisoning her mind. You know there's this book I've read called: "Myth-O-Mania; Nice shot, Cupid" Myth-O-Mania sort of parodies popular Greek myths, and tells them from the perspective of Hades, god of the underworld. Anyway, "Nice shot, Cupid" parodies the story of Cupid and Psyche. In this story, Cupid is an awkward teenage god, complete with braces and pimples, and so he worries greatly that Psyche will never love him; Hades asks him: "Why didn't you just zing her with one of your arrows and make her fall in love with you?" Cupid says: "Well, sure she'd love me, but I'd always know it was only the potion. I want her to love me for real" See, that's exactly what Swaysway should do. He should try to get Jenny to love him for who he is, and not just because she ate the love loaf. Clearly, he doesn't love her. He lusts for her.

I remember Nicktoons back then and loving the old shows and now when I look back at them, I am filled with nostalgia again and wish to return to that time when Nickelodeon had character, entertainment and even some good morals in some shows. I'm not saying all current shows on Nick are bad, but we just have a surplus of them that somehow manage to last longer than the other good shows on Nick. That's why I was more of a cartoon network kid because that channel established itself as "The best place for cartoons".

Buttercup anderson You know, after a while I gave it some time to sink in and understand that it was just a special and not going to be a series but I still didn't like the story of the special, the style was too different from the original and looked poorly animated like the first seasons of South Park but it made me think back to the good old days of cartoons and it's nice to know that cartoon network still hasn't forgotten one of it's best running shows on there. I liked the concept but just not the execution of it.

I just hate how it seems that the formula to make any cartoon nowadays is to make the characters atrocious and disgusting to look at, have personalities that amount to being annoying, stupid, and insensitive, and base every plot off of being annoying, stupid and disgusting. That's the formula for every cartoon that is now ever made and they seem to be the only ones that survive. It's really saddening. Shows that have real plot, real characters, real effort, with real continuity are canceled and forgotten to make way for shows like this.
