@@taylorfusher2997 Not in the slightest. Norse trolls were tricksters and magical, not the great big bruisers seen in GoW.

Y’know, in a lot of the Norse mythos, Fenrir and another mythical dog share a lot of stories, and regularly their roles were switched in the stories.

I don’t get how everyone is confused upon seeing the frozen lightning strike in the 3rd stage of fighting Thor, it’s literally a lightning strike that’s been frozen due to Mjolnir and the Leviathan axe clashing together.

@@StephenMckeighen well, maybe I just stumbled on the right idea. But for me it looked like Mjolnir (lightning) and Leviathan Axe (ice) reacted that way, and the Thor's comment was about feeling that reaction some time before (at that point we didn't know it was Fae fighting him, but we did know that Kratos wasn't the first Axe user, and the Axe was created to counter Mjolnir, so felt plausible).

There are so many things I think go over people head because the don’t no Swedish. A lot of the words and spells are derived from Swedish/Norwegian/Danish words. Just is this there the bear names Björn which is just bear in Swedish and when Fenrir dies the spell Sofna is very similar to the Swedish word for sleep/falling asleep which is somna.

Theninterestung thing is, when Thor came in, he couldnt realy talk whit Kratos, because Odin interrupted them imideatly. Cause Odin does not see Thor as a talker and needs to take Command over the Conversation. Already showing his Controling nature. Maybe thats why Kratos denied the Offer so easily.

Nope! I would know because I am native swede. Trolls in Norse mythlogy are more like cuning tricsters than brutes. Well There is some animalistic trolls But most are quite intelligent

Have you ever played yakuza? Only some of the games have english voice acting. Every game in that series is amazing. A lot of the characters have tattoos based around asian myth and folklore and it is supposed to represent what kind of person each character is. The most notable ones are where some characters have dragon tattoos to represent they are strong, have great leadership and are unmatched in a fight. And some characters have koi fish tattoos to represent that they are always looking to prove themselves, just like in the chinese legend where a koi fish finally made it up a waterfall after swimming up stream for 100 years and was blessed by the gods for his perserverence and was made into a golden dragon. If you havent played any of them already I would look up which one you should start playing. Most fans including me will tell you to start with yakuza 0. Its the best prequel video game ive ever played.

Maybe you shouldn't have fed yourself with unachievable and impossible expectations, so you wouldn't be disappointed? Just like Kaptain Kuba did, imagined himself returning to Greece and obtaining Blade of Olympus BS and now can't stop complaining. Developers never promised nothing, marketing was tame. They aren't Naughty Dog, no broken promises.
