I was in the absolute wilds of the Yukon Territory on an old trappers line, staying in their cabin off season, we caught enormous browns using a silver spoon treble covered in bacon. Cast upstream, let it bounce down in the current among the rocks, freakin' killed it. Also, grayling are the equivalent of bream in the south, pretty, but so easy to catch.
