One of the things I appreciate so much about your channel is the variety of nature locations: earth, air, water, rocks, trees, even Fire energy! Nature itself is so healing and variety is the spice of life! Love It :))

I’m dovetailing on the comments below-this is an excellent video to practice for the winter months. Thank you for the thorough explanations of the how the water element affects the kidneys and bladder and especially incorporating the bear qigong for winter. I will continue to watch and refine these postures; after almost a year of total knee replacement surgery this is further helping my recovery! I’d also like to share a couple of the simpler postures with my students.

Dear Nick, thank you so very much for this insatiably stunningly beautiful and fulfilling routine! 🥹💫🤍 You're different, Nick. There's something very powerful about your routines! I have followed many monks and teachers thus far and at first I doubted your abilities just because you're a white man and I am a descendant of Taoist High Priests in China. But I have to tell you that of all the routines I have done, yours truly contains a tangible, mystical power that should not be underestimated! I can also see entities in every video that you post! You're always accompanied by entities, I can see them, and I don't see them in other videos of other teachers! You're more than a Qi Gong teacher; you're a Shaman! 💫🪽🤍 Thank you so much for this magnificent and glorious work that you are doing in this world right now, I am happy to share this planet with you! And now I have a watery blue marble filled with Moon Cream in my Tan Tien thanks to you! 😄🫧💧🪸

Great practice for Solstice! Thank you. So interesting to see you in that cave. My prior association with the caves of Okinawa was as the site of one of the bloodiest battles of the Pacific in WW2. Nice to have a different way of thinking about them!

Certainly! We went on a tour of the underground Japanese navel bunkers there. Definitely a horrific battle. Wild to see all the US bases there now and people generally getting along, despite many of the Okinawan survivors still being alive!

Hi dear Nick, will you have specific exercise for kidney dylyasis patient for recovery?
@TheNickLoffree Жыл бұрын
Hmm I don’t think they had dialysis in ancient China, but in general kidney routines might be helpful. This one might be a bit intense for serious illness so you might consider some of my more gentle routines, even if they aren’t specifically for the kidneys.

Nick - if combining with other exercises do you think it's better to do Qigong before them or afterwards - for instance I do an everyday stretching combination?
@TheNickLoffree3 ай бұрын
I like to go from most physical to most subtle. So I would do weights or yoga or pilates first, but meditation or breath work or prayer last :)
