This season is basically like, "You get a Geass! And you get a Geass! Everybody gets a Geass!" And I'm here for it. Also, there's a mini series called Akito The Exiled. It takes place between Season 1 and 2. The quality is a bit questionable and you should probably wait until you either finish or get further into S2 before checking it out. But anyway, Rolo's the best. I appreciate him

Not sure if it's spoilers at this point, so I'll put this further down re: Geass powers in general . . . . . . . All Geass powers are based around the mind and mental abilities. With that bit of contextual restraints, it's funner imo to try to guess what someone's power might be.

Just in case anyone was wondering, the reason for the increased amount of fanservice in the second season is because the first season of the anime was aired during a late night timeslot (the equivalent of adult swim) and was allowed to show full on nudity. The second season (due to the unexpected success of the first season) was aired during a more primetime tv slot, and therefore was no longer allowed to show nudity, so the animators instead went ham with the non-'explicit' fanservice scenes.

Suzaku wants to be Knight of one so who gets authority of having own personal dominion like viceroy so he can acquire Japan and free the people, also he wants to avenge Euphy. Suzaku hated war and bloodshed so his means was to change system from within which he came close to some extent through Euphy which Zero killed so he seeks power and status to fulfill his goals. He also killed his father bcoz he called for do or die resistance that would have annihilated Japan against enemy as strong as Britannia so him killing his father actually gave chance for Japan to have rebel forces from past military infrastructure which are considered terrorists and he fought against as Britannian soldier.

So the kings geass is better and worse than lelouches, it can be used multiple times and change as many memories as he wants, but it takes time to change each memory and it doesnt immoblize you, so he needs you to be restrained to make major use out of it.

A possibe explaination to Suzako as i see it: Suzako is a bit hypocritical but his reasoning kind of makes sense(not that he is right, it only makes sense). he wants to make changes for the better in a way that take the least amount of victims, that is his whole stick. that is why he killed his father and that is why he joined brittania to slowly work his way into a position where he can slowly change the rules from within, even if he has to work for the evil leader or has to take unethical actions, he sees all that as necessary sacrifices for the end goal. In his mind All the Victims of this war can be blamed on Lelouch since he started a rebellion and fueled the fires of war that cost so many lives. His thinking obviously became a little warped overtime especially after yufies dead and the "betrayal" he saw in Lelouch turning out to be Zero. Me Myself, i dont agree with Suzako, but i just wanted to provide a possibe Explanation since some of the normies seemed a little confused.

Since this isn't made entirely clear in the show, I'll say that the downside of not being able to Geass someone twice is unique to Lelouch's geass. Every geass eventually has the downside of not being able to be turned off but each one also has its own weakness.
