The best. I've re-watched that video an embarrassing amount of times. Not often do we get to witness someone actually dying inside knowing they're fucked. Also his shocked reaction really spoke to the whole situation. If you're so out of touch/uninformed with new social media that you think Snaps can't be saved, screenshotted, shared, etc. then you're definitely someone who is not in an appropriate age range to talk to teen girls. Honestly, with Theo Brendan had a super wholesome/humorous side that came out. A unique chemistry between the two caused that imo, and that's why KATS worked. He was a perfect target for Theo and would die laughing at Theo roasting him and then legit come back with these super odd but great comebacks toward Theo (even tho he'd come to reuse them over and over with slight variation lol). His ability to recognize similarities in details by saying so and so looks like *pick a celeb* also found use when roasting Theos clothes and look. It wasn't the jokes tho, it was the rapport and fun energy between the 2 of them and how Brendan could make Theo laugh. I found myself wondering why I even cared after giving up on Golden Hour recently. Low and behold I went back to classic Kats and what I said above became apparent. Plus Brendan wasn't drunk every show either back then. I will say Steebie Weebie was the only other guest host that could bring an entertaining and comical side out of Brendan. Unintentionally of course, it was just how wholesome; and once again, how non-FAKE he'd be around Steve. His genuine disgust and concern for Steve and his weird habits and life was legit funny. Brendan is just a walking mimick copy cat King otherwise right? Steals peoples jokes and ways of talking all the time. Anyone he's around cam get it. Just listen to him around Callen or Delia. So when he has rare moments of not trying too hard to be cool, he's way easier to like and enjoy and yes...even be funny....or rather entertaining. Funny is a strong word ...... I think this all proves what we’ve all thought about Theo emotionally. He’s not trying to deal with external trauma from other people. I don’t think he’ll support any west coast podcast anymore. With the Tijuana thing I would even be surprised if we see Theo on TigerBelly. With the Chris D’Elia thing, go look at the tours and look at the seats left in the venue. I saw Bad Friends at Hard Rock. It’s was thousands of people but not sold out. If they can’t no way he can.

My wife and I saw D’elia in both Arizona and Minneapolis. In both shows if they weren’t sold out they were very close. The outrage over the false accusations stuck to reddit and twitter and those people weren’t seeing his shows anyways so… no dents

When Theo says the 'Rat-King' name came from him looking like the TMNT villain I believe him. I'm guessing in a random conversation with Brandon he told him this. Later when Theo was roasting him for looking like he was stung by 200 bees, instead of being creative and coming up with something on his own Brandon instead remembered the "Rat-King" story and lazily used that.

Nah, not at all, that's the first reference. You can see when something is fresh or when it has history to it. That is fresh. Theo knew that was Brendan's but chose to write Brendan out of his life and not give props to him, which would really help Brendan out. It's a bitch move. It's clear Theo remembers when it was coined but is erasing Brendan to not pass interest on to him.
