I remember being at the video store as a kid. I grabbed the movie box, my dad looked at me said “please put it down. There’s no way in hell I’m paying to see that” 😂😂😂😂 Of course it only made me want to see it more so I ended up watching it on showtime via the bootleg cable black box we had. My dad was right.

Ya know, the butterfly/dino thing could have been a very sly nod to Ray Bradbury’s A Sound of Thunder where time travelers go back in time to hunt a dino, but step on a butterfly and change history (thus The Butterfly Effect)

The voice of Theodore Rex is and you’re not going to believe this, George Newbern…. yes, the same George Newbern who is famous for voicing Superman in the 2000’s Justice League cartoons and for voicing Sephiroth in the many past games of Final Fantasy. At least he was able to shake off this movie and become a beloved voice actor.

I thought Goldberg has signed onto this mess BEFORE she won the Oscar? I vaguely remember rumors that Stan Winston and ILM were to do the dino effects like they'd done in JURASSIC PARK, only to have the producers cheap out and mix and match companies so even the ones who do good work normally (like the Chiodo Brothers) kept getting undercut.
