Sega is rarely a said word anymore unless people are talking about Arcade Roms. The old Sega Service Hotline actually became the Playstation Service Hotline. I only know because about 15 years ago I was down in the dumps because my old Master Systems box switch for TV - Computer finally died and I was complaining to my mother because i was struggling to find a replacement and just bypassed it altogether. She found the old number written in the back in a very old phone book of hers. She called it and the number was still active. She asked and they laughed, the worker actually used to work for Sega back in the day. The hotline was now for Playstation. When she asked about the old switch he knew exactly what she was talking about. He made her wait and went to dig in a far corner of the warehouse and found some brand spanking New Old Stock switches still wrapped in bubblewrap. He sent us the switch for free.
