Being able to communicate is priceless in a firefight. My first two deployments were big army, my last was other side and we used suppressors, it was priceless to be able to yell for my partner and they could hear me after we moved into seperate rooms with support people. No ringing in my head, no migraine from being indoors, no flashing your nvg's into gate mode. Just nice, sterile work complete.

You're not carrying ipendex with that thing on there. But I do like it. I may get this. I don't care so much about sound but signature reduction is always good.

In its shortest form you probably could if youre starting with a 3.5 barrel as its only a tenth longer than a 34. Now reholstering might be an issue.

By chance would you be willing to make a video or a KZbin short using the CCX on a 357 lever gun? It’s rated for 357 out of a 16” barrel (as stated on their website). I can’t find any data or videos about people using it on a lever gun. Was just curious if you happen to be out shooting your 357 if you’d be willing to provide your thoughts on its performance in that application? I know a bigger can would do better, but I want to see if the ccx is even a viable option in that application.

@@MasterChief0093 you could probably run 38 special out of the CCX can but I’d keep that on a 9mm. I run the 9mm sub gun can I forget the name on my lever gun. It’s crazy quiet as well. You can run 357 as well. Currently I run there 45-70 can on my 44mag. There cans are nice and light

I don't think those guys should be worried about anything that would attract them to the JKA CCX.. literally get the best can for that specific purpose then go get a holster tailor made to that tool. Even JKA theirselves at shot show said the CCX is tailor made for everyday joes and janes carrying for self defense. Pretty sure it's not at all intended for trying not to set off a methlab bomb lol

I don't think he was saying this suppressor was built for that, but rather used that scenario as an example of why someone might want to carry a suppressed handgun in a holster. This suppressor on my homebrew xMacro would be awesome both for the range and potentially EDC with a short setup.

Is it CCK or CCX? The title say CCX. If that can isn't too expensive it might be worth getting one. If your shooting wipes, you're probably not target shooting. I don't own one but... there's no really good reason for a wipe if you're shooting in a safe place. That is a cool suppressor though. It sucks you need a tax stamp for that, and can't take it out of state, without approval or "informing the ATF". This is what the government did to the Native Americans (American Indian).

Just FYI. You are not required to inform the ATF when you travel with your suppressors.

@@nblevin I don't know for sure, but most people on youtube say you have to notify the ATF when you cross state borders with anything you need a tax stamp for. Like I said I don't know because I shy away from the tax stamp stuff. Thanks for the info though!
