Most actual songwriters write songs like most make grocery lists. So between Tom’s work ethic and how good he is lyrically, the video probably took the longest for him. He talked about in his live yesterday, this was all of his feelings and watching Nova cry about it and then seeing people celebrating on X that he had to write something. It’s a great representation of most people’s visceral reaction to what happened. God bless 💗🙏🏼🇺🇸

Wise, glad you got to this song. I was watching the rally on live stream & saw Trump turn his head slightly right before the 1st shot hit his ear...God was protecting our President I know. Tom was pissed & Nova cried when they heard the news from Tom's sister Jenna. So Tom & Nova were up all night putting this together & released it yesterday morning. Last I heard it's #1 above Eminem's latest song. Keep praying for Trump, Corey's wife & daughters he protected & the other 2 men that were injured which are now in stable condition. Tom did a great job of putting a visceral reaction to what happened down in writing then into a song. I felt this way too, sad, mad, angry then disgusted seeing people crying because the guy missed. It had helped me just feel better that someone else felt this too. We lost another public safety family member. Others were injured, it’s horrible. It is incredibly insane to me that this country was founded AS a Christian country. Everyone was welcome to religious freedom but to demonize Christian’s in America is absolutely insane to me. Those few “Christian’s” that all of say are not true Christian’s when they abuse someone, they take those morons as if they are Christian’s as a whole and it couldn’t be farther from the truth. But they are de-constructing America by using that as the defense. Who wants to be judged by a horrible person who happens to check a box in a category? No one, yet we are. It’s sad. Great reaction and I enjoyed you noticing Tom somewhat embedded message of being upset and the same time thanking God the right don't riot (so that anyone who was thinking about it may not) and the way Tom and Nova put that whole track together in a few hours time. Of note is Nova on her channel with Tom was saying she was crying (and crying there a little bit) as they discussed how the track came together and she stayed up to get the filming and editing done because she knows his influence to get it done.
