Mmmm mama mia!!!I want to try it. I like her videos because of those amazing recipes and because she's very funny and spontaneous but she's still keeping her elegance. Sometimes she reminds me of me and my sisters because of the way she talks and the funny things she does. In this video she was moving the knife a lot while talking and for some reason when me or my sisters are cooking and talking we started moving the knife just like she did in this video. One day my sister was mad with our landlord and she was cooking and talking about him and she was moving the knife and talking like The Pasta Queen in this video and I just started to laugh because she was practicing what she wanted to tell him next time he messed it up with us and she moved the knife as she talks 😅😂and sometimes I do the same 😂. Hilarious and wonderful just like The Pasta Queen.

Hi :) well I can say that Italian pasta (high quality pasta) provides complex carbs for energy, is low in fat and rich in fiber. Plus, it’s a staple of the Mediterranean diet, know for its health benefits. Remember to choose whole-grain options and watch your portions for a healthier meal ❤

In Greece we have "strapatsada" comes from the Italian word strapazzare, what we also say in Greek strapatsaro, that is, I cut a dish into very small pieces. It can be plain, or as we are used to in the islands, we can chop various vegetables inside. It has been eaten since ancient times in the Greek islands and the Peloponnese, but also throughout the southern Mediterranean. In order to achieve it, you have to cook the tomato on its own at first. Without putting oil in the pan. We put them cut in a large pan plain without any fatty substance. Let them cook to release all their sweetness and aromas. So it won't have acidity but it will have sweetness at the end. Fresh eggs should go into the pan without too much beating. Basically, we mix them in the pan together with the tomatoes. The heat must be low to allow the egg to stabilize without drying out. Add salt and pepper and "Kali oreksi" or buon appetito.🙏

Love her videos! I’m just not a fan of how they now cut the ending. I thought it was better when her videos still showed her tasting the food in beginning and end along with her reactions!

I bought your marinara sauce. I love you and your cookbook but the jar sauce was bland. I added fresh onion, garlic, roasted peppers, and Calabrian chili peppers. It turned out good, but making the fresh sauces like you do in your videos and your cookbook tastes better. For someone in a pinch, the jar would be OK. I think I’ve already made 10 or 11 of your recipes and everything was delicious.
