Yeah, if your page only contains images (or possibly just handwriting), the immersive reader can have difficulties in converting it over. I would suggest trying it on a page that contains typed up text for the best result. I am looking to make a video on pulling text from an image or PDF soon though. 😁👍

Hi John. I'm sorry if I have missed something in this process that you were looking for. The Immersive Reader functionality is built natively into the OneNote client on Windows and so the "Setup" part is setting it up for your preferred view and needs. Is there something specific you were hoping to get out of this video that I might be able to help you with?
