U feel so dumb because u don't read and this cio spook will lie to the gullible and your kind without mercy. Cio is like your kbg or Cia, your mossad. These guys are specifically recruited and trained to play the devils advocate. Be careful and don't believe everything he says because he is at work to drive certain views and agendas. The anc is not beating and killing opposition members in election time or post elections. Zanupf does kill opposition members, destroy their homes and incarcerate any one with dissenting voices. Rutendo will confuse lazy people who do not want to read.

Thanks Penuel. As a white Afrikaner South African I find the views expressed by your guests interesting and eye opening. Rutendo is very well informed and speaks the truth RE the CIA et al. You should also investigate the role the CIA played in the Apartheid government, Madiba's arrest, the Soweto uprisings et al... quite astounding. Subbed and appreciate your work. God bless.

Listening to this podcast...I can't help but feel so defeated...because I know that young black South Africans are not ready to engage in such dynamic conversations..let alone participate in such changes that are within these conversations...even that is so..we must not give up as hard as it may be...I wish this could be a dialogue that can be held across South Africa on a face to face basis...because a lot of our youth I suspect still need that tangeable interaction...I wish we could fund raise to initiate a country wide tour specifically for this dialogu3...excluding our political leaders in this conversation since they have had no interest to turn the screws using this ideology if though they are well aware of it.

@@rutendomatinyarare7718 I hear you my brother...most ordinary citizens would rather listen to the sweet lies of a politician than the wise truth from someone like you and me...willing politicians are hard to find nowadays...the latter (politicians have)has been so morally corrupt and speaking the same language it's hard to distinguish them apart...and more so there is a lack of definitive progressive actions from politicians that would have otherwise made us separate pretenders from realists...what I appreciate though is that atleast from the KZbin space..some of us can re-educate ourselves...because the political leaders of today are ensuring that we are miseducated so as to leave them unchallenged intellectually...therefore maintaining skewed power.....(as for the hiring of Zimbabweans in particular sections of SA economy...would you agree that white South Africans have weaponized that against us to ensure that we remain divided along "tribal lines" hence deflecting the focus from themselves..???")

@Urban Skhotheni. The fact that YOU have realised the need to hold such an enlightening discourse with the youth, means you are part of the "critical mass" required to influence the future. While other youth may indeed struggle to understand core issues in this discussion, they will still understand the need to safeguard power in the majority to eventually take over and effect the needed change. There is hope.

Abantu emzansi have been free for 28 years but still don't have a black-owned bank. They are not allowed to have mining licences unlike in Zimbabwe. Indigenous Zimbabweans are now running smolanyana gold mines in the mountains and earning a living. They control the fuel supply and have their own banks and insurance companies. Iqbal Surve tried to start a bank and was attacked but the ANC, EFF, IFP, COPE, etc failed to take a stand. Africans living in the UK are not able to even send £1000 to families ekhaya because of the rules of the FATF. It will be virtually impossible when CBDC's get rolled out. The collective West will do everything to keep Africa as a resource colony. Ghana and Ivory Coast for the first time refused to attend the World Cocoa Foundation meeting in Brussels this October for obvious reasons. Zimbabwe has inspired Africa immensely by standing up to the global bullies. Great educational and inspiring analytical content indeed. Thanks again to Penuel and Rutendo and we look forward to the next one. PHAMBILI AFRIKA!!!

Just saw pictures trending on Twitter of Nikes worth around R800000 and a top South African Dj owns one and some of the sneakers trending are sold pre owned, and reminds me what Rutendo touched on consumerism and how Americans grew their economy on consumerism, think of the frenzy that happens on latest IPhones, fashion, brand of cars, people are caught in serious consumerism eating out, buying goods on credit, credit cards, instead of channeling money to the productive sectors, manufacturing, South Africa use to be a giant in manufacturing, highly industrialized and producing a wide range of goods and now there is a little manufacturing taking place in the country and there is almost everything imported, When i saw the Nikes trending i just thought of what Rutendo touched on,earlier in the morning today, The podcast was great and very informative.
@Curiousviewer22
@Curiousviewer22 Жыл бұрын
There is nothing wrong with consumerism if most of the manufacturing is within the country. The multiplier effect in economics is such that an 80% propensity to consume will multiply $100 to $500. China will not have to worry about sustaining itself with exports, because it has a large population of middle income consumers -- and it can produce what it consumes.

I appreciate these podcasts because they’ve changed the game, and now all of a sudden we are exposed to privileged information. God works in mysterious ways. I actually met Rutendo in our studios over the weekend before he goes on Air, I introduced myself, requested a picture with him and ofcourse he obliged. Sadly not knowing his interview that went so well will later be pulled. I was honoured to meet him, I'm glad I told him and appreciated him. Clearly 2023 is going to be a great year. Big Up Black Pen.

Rutendwa Matinyarare is a brilliant black mind that deserves more than two hours on the show. In actuality I think Penuel show convince Rutendwa to be his Co host or have his own independent podcast. We need more of this content and i thank you Penuel for bringing him onto the show again.

Thank you for a great episode as usual. I think you should give Rutendo a platform within the network so we wont miss out on the his insight as well as interviews with the other thought leaders too. Would be great to also see a couple of interviews with female thought leaders too in future.

The ordinary South African needs to go back to old ways (work and effective local community governance by us). Be self-reliant communities need to be self-sustaining, and when we are not worried about food, we can collectively focus on developing institutions for our betterment.🤞🏿

It's a good idea but the African economy is still too weak. We need to fix the politics so real empowerment policies can be put in place. We are struggling because we have too many people who still think we can work with the enemy.

Thanks for the Awareness content, truly eye opening and painfully beneficial. Can we please have the name of the book Rutendo refers to at the beginning of the video. "America's biggest weapon is getting other countries to be consumers" if possible, thanks again..great work.

Always informative, it's simple yet difficult to maintain but we need to do what they do. Circular ownership, circular economy and start with food (Agriculture) and everything else linked to it.

Good day Dr. Pen Thanks for these insightful interviews, I love how brother Rutendo gives and unpacks this information especially about the history of Afrika in relation to her colonizers. I've been watching all the interviews you 2 brothers had and I'm learning a lot. I wanted to suggest or rather ask if you could consider having 2/3 minutes teasers for the interviews, for example that first part about how American wants the rest of the world to be consumers of American brands. It helps people like myself to forward the content more easily to those who don't really have time to sit through the entire interviews, these teasers get them interested. Keep on educating, we appreciate the content brothers.

Dr. Claud Anderson put it very well when he said, "Racism is a team sport, you either play as a team or lose by default." We are the only people who fall for or foolish enough to believe liberal non-racialism. Liberal non-racialism in South Africa begins with the first constitutional arrangement in the cape, (cape liberalism which inaugurated in 1852) which said that the first "civilized" (westernized) natives could vote as long they pass the test of westernization and owning property, what Rhodes called "the equal rights for all civilized men south of the Sahara" - one man, one vote which the Boers disapproved as they didn't want nothing at all to do with the blacks, they later adopted this strategy of-course as evident with parties such as the DA. We are the only people who are told not to focus on race when we start to talk about racism, black power and the dismantlement of white hegemony. We forget that at the foundation of racism and colonization is anti-blackness, just look at the condition of black people in the Americas, Europe, Asia including here on the continent. Non-racialism is very convenient for them who continue to colonize the world on the premise of racism, which they pioneered, down to a science. Dr. John Henrik Clarke told us, "we have no friends" Brilliant episode, thank you.
