There is another yearly pass that gives unlimited access to all Niagara Parks attractions, including the power station and tunnel but excluding a guided tour and the Currents show, unlimited use of the inclined railway, unlimited use of the green WeGo bus line, 10% off Niagara Parks restaurants, 20% off purchases over $30 at Niagara Parks gift shops and discounts on Niagara Parks attractions for up to two people visiting with a pass holder. It does require a photo ID to use and costs about $150, is good from the day of purchase to Dec 31st 11:59pm of that calendar year.

@@ThePlanetD We visited once in the Winter and twice in the Summer. It was a good experience to see the falls with a lot of ice. In the Summer, the number of attractions is higher. However, I recommend Niagara Falls in both seasons.

You can purchase them online and then pick up the pass at any one of the Niagara Attractions. Just have your reservation on your phone or print it out. Go to a desk at one of the Niagara Attractions and they’ll give you a pass to use and swipe.

We used to have a lot of sponsored travel as we have been travel blogging since 2008. However, we now make our money through ads on our Website and prefer to pay for our own travels so we have the time to do what we want. We still do some sponsored travel, but not as often as we used to.

I’m sorry but Niagara Falls is not worth visiting. It’s unbelievable overpriced, as not only is there regular HST/GST but there is also a tourism tax added on top. It’s extremely tacky and dated, with overpriced tourism traps of outdated and poorly maintained wax museums and haunted houses. It’s incredibly busy, often feeling like a pack of sardines the closer you get to the falls. There is a lot of poverty and sketchy areas. I would never recommend Niagara Falls to anyone. Instead, I’d highly highly recommended people driving 20mins further and visiting Niagara on the Lake instead. Stunning little town with lots of beautiful places to stay, no tourism tax, plenty of greats restaurants, and of course, tons of wineries to explore.

We love Niagara on the Lake as well. It is a very different experience from Niagara Falls and not sure if it is for families. It's far more laid back and a great wine country. But we also really enjoy visiting Niagara Falls and you are correct, the tourism fees are too high and they should get rid of them. But we love all of the adventures and views of the Falls. We really have fun at Clifton Hill as well. However, travel is different for everyone. It is certainly not everyone's cup of tea. Personally, we love it. But thank you for sharing your thoughts, we appreciate it!
