Mark Sisson’s insights have genuinely changed my life. His approach to health and wellness made me rethink everything, from my diet to my daily habits. Switching to a diet of steak and eggs has kept things simple and effective, and his tips on prioritizing quality nutrition have been a game-changer. I’ve also added a few supplements I found in a book called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman, which have really helped me stay on track. Thanks, Mark, for all the life-changing advice!

I am 77 and have been working out since I was 14. My parents bought me some Joe Weider weights. Actually I started a little sooner then that with a universal bodybuilding program just using body weight exercises. Charles Atlas and his dynamic tension was my motivation at that time. I am still at it. My shoulders are shot and arthritis is kicking in so that is a bit of a game changer and presents new challenges. Anyway, working out was one of the smartest things I ever got into. Don't underestimate the importance of it. GL!

@theprimalkitchenАй бұрын

@DK-pr9nyАй бұрын
@ Avocado mayo now turns to cement in the fridge. Some of the creamy salad dressings are also very solid (unpourable) off the shelf and even worse after refrigerating. Very disappointing.
@theprimalkitchenАй бұрын
@@DK-pr9ny This is actually BECAUSE of their commitment to ingredient standards and the challenges of production at scale using natural ingredients. Why do you think most processed food contain artificial gums, stabilizers? For product consistency. The creamy dressings have gone through numerous reformulations trying to nail the right texture and the most recent one that's only been out for a few months has FINALLY gotten it right. If you felt burned by our creamy dressing before, now is a good time to try them again.
