Y E S!!! I have watched at least 30 videos on dehydrating carrot tops. NO ONE (except you) showed everything from cutting to washing to dehydrating and the temperature to... Thank You ❤

I've been using them for years, dehydrated, as parsley. I grow my own carrots and after the various ways of processing them, their by product is the tops. Parsley can get really expensive and in Southeast Texas, I have a hard time keeping mine alive between the excessive rain, hurricanes and then the off year of extreme heat and blistering sun. They're great and no one will ever suspect, unless they know you're already a frugal foodie person, that you used carrot tops as parsley in your soups or dishes.

You blew me away with the celery leaves video. Now, I will need to run out to the garden and get my carrot tops too. Lol. Normally, I toss them to sheep and chickens. They'll have to share with me this week.

Carrot tops are so great to cook with either fresh or dried. We always save our, dry them and use them through the winter. Glad you are getting the word out to others to use them!

They make a nice pesto too. Also, you can plant the top of the taproot and regrow the greens for seed.

Love dehydrating tops. When we harvest our carrots we have a lot of tops. My veggie powder jar gets rejuvenated after harvest! Its asparagus season in my garden, so harder ends get dehydrated and powdered too and get tossed into the jar. I've been thinking of doing chickweed, dandelion leaf, and purslane, but I'd have to fight the chickens for that!!

Carrot tops, like the leaves of other vegetables have a higher nutritional value than the vegetable. Something of great value to use, not throw away.
