Well said. Thoughts can’t change us into something else. Even if we think them on purpose in temper they’re just thoughts

do you spend twice the amount of time forcing yourself to think the opposite. you can't retrain your brain by downplaying or ignoring negative thoughts or harmful desires. you have to say I hold your well being as a priority and wish good things will happen to you (if you just spent time visualizing stabbing them). you can't just say oh well.....I ruminate about harm coming to them and now I will stop. you have to act/think the opposite to undo it

My most irritating thoughts are right now:- 1. I would do something crazy or socially unacceptable thing and then what will happen, what would I do, 2. what if I suddenly loose control on myself and try to kill someone who stays with me then what gonna I do 3. What if my condition are getting worse and I can't control myself anymore! Please reply if someone relates to it.

You are definitely not alone In feeling those things!! I have felt all three of those things! They can be so horrible to think and scary to even have in your brain! I am currently working on containing them and going through them to get comfortable with having them, so they can go away.

How do I deal with intrusive images & intrusive voices because I've had them for years and I compulsively reverse these intrusive thoughts in my mind and it is so overwhelming for me. I do both physical & mental compulsions and the reason why I can't resist doing mental and physical compulsions is because I fear that until I do the compulsion(s) the longer the intrusive thought(s) will stick in my mind which will cause my anxiety from the intrusive thought(s) to last longer 😭😭

First thank you for being brave and asking for help! You’re not alone. I’m so sorry you’re experiencing panic attacks. I would highly recommend you find a therapist that specializes in anxiety and panic attacks to help you. You can certainly talk to a psychiatrist or a doctor as well if you are open to medication to help you while you work through the anxiety. If you have access to this type of medical and mental help then it’s so worth it. If you don’t, you can check out some of my panic attack videos and there are many books and free resources out there to help. ❤

I think you misunderstand law of attraction and our ability to energetically influence others. You are ignoring the power of prayer...if it can heal someone with prayer you can also make them sick. And what about Trauma bonds with an OCD partner? Energetic cords don't occur in all relationships but they exist. I think the therapist is downplaying the real harm OCD can do to make her clients feel better about themselves. Has she ever been on the receiving end of harm OCD? What you focus on CAN happen. Where focus goes energy flows ...and OCD is all negative energy
@nikkizorn4252 Жыл бұрын
This isn’t how manifestation or the law of assumption works.. sorry to say. If you have repetitive thoughts (with intention) and they form a belief system you identify with as your I AM. That is what will manifest. There is no action you need to take for manifestation. Yes, you will become a millionaire just by identifying as a millionaire in the present tense. People find winning lottery tickets on the streets, people inherent unexpected money etc. No action required. Read Neville Goddard the secret, read Vadim Zealand ‘reality transurfing’. I’m not saying be afraid of your thoughts, they don’t directly manifest, but they are the gateway to your identification of SELF - which is what manifests 😊

Thank you. That "with intention" part is very reassuring

@sophiex415210 ай бұрын
I am in the same boat as you and have been looking this up for reassurance. It's actually really bad to look up reassurance because it tells our mind that we're right to be scared and the thoughts will get stronger, I still do it s a lot though. But one thing that helps me decide whether the threat is real or not is thinking that if it were true, there would be a tonne of examples in real life of people with OCD doing bad things etc, but I haven't once seen a story on that. I think reassurance is bad but sometimes it helps to weigh up what's likely in real life with examples like this and making logical judgements etc. I hope you find peace from your thoughts, OCD is truly horrible and I know how it can affect your life 24/7 without a seconds break, Im really sorry you're going through this.We got this though, I know it
@nikkizorn42529 ай бұрын
@@MusicCoverSelena I understand! I also have OCD. It took me a while to reconcile the law of assumption and my OCD. It’s not your thoughts that manifest directly, it’s your true beliefs and assumptions. In our case we don’t ACTUALLY believe our OCD thoughts are who we are or assume those things will truly happen.

These tips that you mention of observing your thoughts....are they just a temporary fix? How does one permanently fix this problem so that it does not bother one anymore? @Micheline Maalouf
@Micheline.Maalouf Жыл бұрын
I have another video coming about this Andy Workshop! Check out the description box. But to answer tote question, no, it’s not just a temporary fix. When we resist them they increase. When we allow them to be without fighting them, our brain loses the “panic” About them. This reduces our fight or flight and in the long term reduces the frequency of the thoughts. The more we fight them, the more our brain thinks they are dangerous, which makes them get bigger
