I’ve literally lived in survival mode my entire life. Since infancy. In my 50s now and no end in sight.

Can you please do a video on having CPTSD, and in chronic survivor mode

I've been laid off for over a year. The whole time I've been hustling while job searching. I'm hopeful for the job I am currently interviewing for. But in the meantime, I have to keep my bills paid. So I found a canvassing job that I should like but makes me feel more pressured that I already feel. On top of that, I constantly feel a sense of financial pressure due to a lack of job security. I've been stuck in survival mode for so long, that I feel it coming to a head now. I'm really struggling to keep going.

Been living w my toxic fog bc im applying for ssdi and havnt had income, and it’s been so hard. They have npd I think and the constant or intermittent abuse and family scapegoating and yelling and character attacks and arguing triggers my pnes seizures and anxiety and fight or flight. It ruins my day, I’m completely dysregulated and can’t do hard things and struggle to make it to appointments, and feel like I’m in an anxious haze, like my brain is shutdown almost, feeling dissociated sometimes. Trying lots of things. Thank you!

Physical pain causing survival pain. Looking around, seeing so much you want to do, need to do. Knees out, back damaged. Thanks for posting this Topic !

Well I know what’s keeping me totally stressed. I had to leave my job to stay home with my husband who has Alzheimer’s. So yes there is a money worry but the biggest thing keeping me a mess and not sleeping is worrying about something happening to him and be alone. I just don’t know what I’d do. We’ve been married 44 years so far.

Hey, your camera adjusting the zoom/focus every 10 seconds makes this unwatchable for me. I recommend setting your camera to manual focus, figuring out the focus position based on your camera and chair setup, and then just keeping it there so that the camera doesn't automatically adjust the focus.
