My daughter used to come in and talk before we go to sleep…I miss that.😭 And how you feel is normal..I’ve gone through that when my daughter moved out and got married. But the anxiety…haven’t had an episode in 20 years. I still have anxiety but haven’t had an episode in 20 years. I have learn to change my way of thinking. Right now it’s the depression that I have to work on…

You definitely look more rested to me. The only medication you shouldn’t stop is an antidepressant. I would say take as needed means exactly that. If your having a panic attack then take Xanax. If you aren’t sleeping well for a couple nights take the sleep medication.

It's very healthy for you to be open about your feelings. I highly suggest you invite your therapist to watch your channel! He/she will see how you interact with your vlogger friends! You have come a long way and we all see and hear you! I love your honesty and I know you are helping others without even realizing it! By the way, fall clothing colors look amazing on you🤗 Stay strong Candi🥰💪

To answer karli’s question about having a period back then, I remember learning that they had a sort of sanitary napkin that looked way different than the ones now, and if you go even farther back they had mensuration huts where they pretty much just sat and bleed while the husbands did everything.

I also prefer shopping online. Sometimes though, when shopping for clothes/shoes, it helps to be there to try stuff on. I don't like spending money on something to have shipped to me to only then have to try on and it either doesn't fit or I don't like it so I have to send it back and maybe even get more stuff that will then hopefully fit or will like. Peroxide can definitely be used to soften ear wax. I've used Debrox, which is recommended by doctors, and currently still have a generic version of the product. The active ingredient of the product is carbamide peroxide.

Candi you look so much better! So so so true! My husband is really into cars. He was told and I was told once we get married "he will get over it because his priorities change" lol. Nope....he is still into it and has added motorcycles to the mix! 😂😂😂 Same for computer games. I didn't really realize how much he loved them until we got married. But I just decided as long as he still works, provides for our family, and continues to put our marriage first he can play as much as he wants. But it's true....when we were dating computer games were definetly "put to the side" 😬

Ha! My husband was pretty immature. He tried to convince me that he was going to wear a Hawiian shirt and be barefoot at our wedding. He still does go Barefoot all the time. Even in the Summer. P.s. keeping a Journal helps me. 💝😊

i just read a book about this and i thought i would share. it’s so frustrating that medical professionals prescribe you these medications that are addictive/ cause a dependency, and don’t tell you how much to take, or how to help you when you are done with them. Control it yourself, be self aware that you can become depends on these medications. and make sure you don’t fall into a hole. it’s hard to do it yourself, and i feel like that’s why medical professionals don’t help you more. because alone is hard enough how can someone assist you? it’s a learning procress. people on both ends of the medication should be learning how to teach each other. “ take as needed” is not helpful for the patient, and for the medical professionals notes and history of you, they are completely unknown of if you’re taking them still or not. Praying for you Kandi. Please be safe with the medications you are prescribed

thank you and I totally agree with all of this. I mean I don't even go back to the doctor until December. A LOT can happen in 3 months, its crazy! If I were a doctor I would have said come back in 2 - 3 weeks at least.

@@OurFamilyNest please do not stop taking anything cold Turkey. Talk to your doctor about tapering off. Any antidepressant/antianxiety med can have crazy side effects if you quit cold turkey
@grgumgee13 жыл бұрын
@@OurFamilyNest everyone’s different and I just don’t want to say because I know a lot of people read these comments but it should be supervised by your doc, let him know your worry’s and concerns and see if there’s a different route he can suggest anti anxiety medicine like Zoloft would be a great thing to ask about aaryn Williams has a whole highlight on Instagram about her success with it, she two was afraid of being dependent of medicine but she said it’s the thing that really helped her 💗

it feels as though this is a recurrence of the hippie age.. everyone is laid back but reliant on bongs, cigarettes, medication (?), and stuck with pressured adherences of the population. very construct eras now than in the early 2000's. It's like their bringing back shorter shorts but most shots from players are faster and efficient but of course laying low on publicizing. the fact is diversity and inclusion- but in moderation I guess lol.
