This was an absolutely terrible crowd....one of the worst....feel very bad for the Comic...but he kept up his morale throughout and kept on trying by staying upbeat...IF THAT CROWD DIDN'T SUCK SO MUCH, THE COMIC COULD HAVE FED OFF THE CROWD....In spite of the crowd, his set was competent and he needs to be given another shot elsewhere...

@Frank Phillips I think you hit the nail on the head. Helped me to figure out what was bothering me. His pacing seemed like he was trying to force/beg laughter from people, nonstop, full speed ahead. No nuances. Didn't give anyone time to "absorb" background information before springing punchlines. His kind of stories should have been more conversational, sharing an experience leading to a clever zinger. I think he's got a lot of potential, hope to see more of him as he progresses! 👏👍👍🙂

The crowd is pretty accurate. A few years ago he posted a full stand up show done in a church, which has since been taken down, and had overwhelming negative reviews. Sure some people thought he was funny. But imagine a comedian removes his own stand up special because of so much negative feedback. That's how bad it was. This is not his first comedy show with a crowd not laughing.
