Yeah I was so confused to why he freaked out. I really dislike this show its full of cliches and is very subpar compared to th og high school musical, and that's not saying much. Also I hate how It takes the title of High School Musical while It Has nothing to do with the play. It could literally Change the play to idk beauty and the beast and wouldn't effect the plot. It's super cringe sometimes especially when the teacher gets found out bc she faked her resume (which is very bad and you could be sent to prison for that) and all they have to do is make a trash song that barley last a minute and they completely forget she broke the law. And ni ni is such a boring and basic character, her acting is blandish and uninspiring. Every ones elses acting is fine but lack energy. I'm pretty sure people will get bored of it by the second or third season bc it's literally just about a girl who cheated on her BF and the show tries to justify it by making the two boys do stupid and unrealistic things.
