Though it's generally accepted as a 'fifth date admittance' so you're still within acceptable terms for breaking it off because of it. To answer your question, it comes and goes, but I got on medication for my depressive episodes that really helps keep me out of that state. I'm trying my best. I definitely still use Jarvis's content to help when it does get bad again though. I hope you're doing alright.
