@@Tarathx Guilty! Lol. I usually proof read what I have written, whether at work or in my personal time. Sometimes I find that I have put "their" whereby "there" belongs or vice verse. It is sort of like a typo, in that I consciously know the proper usage of both, but my brain had a hiccup at the time. lol

No. Combining two words with an apostrophe like "there's" short for there is, is called a "contraction".

Khan's grammar videos are really great, and something I frequently share with my university students. However, I don't understand why David classifies 'their' as a possessive adjective. Some grammars confusingly call it a possessive pronoun, which is understandable and was common 20-25 years ago, but surely there's nothing adjectival about it. The common analysis in most modern grammars would be a determiner, determining the head noun.
