The prayer seems to be: let there be true seeing and hearing. Not just with the eyes and ears, but with the heart; that intuitive knowing, feeling, sensing in unknowing. This great mystery, wonder. Every breath feels vibrant and full. What matters appearances or any thing if this wonder, this magic, this I-don’t-know-what is the only substance, essence. Sacred beauty, love, wholeness. As long as we are in the body there will be Ego, the Ego is the source of suffering. Our challenge, in the body, and our mission is to overcome the Ego by surrendering to the Soul. The Ego is the negative energy, your Soul is the positive energy. Eventually the Ego will force you to surrender to your Soul........that is in most cases achieved by suffering......... You can not experience "good" if you do not know 'bad" so to say. Every time the Ego plays up, try to recognize it and go inwards, "dance with the Soul" instead...... Therefor, accept suffering as a step to strengthen the relationship with your Soul, then you will be safe, don't be scared of the Ego, just be alert and surrender.

@ 11:30 This, for me, is one of the greatest benefits of Liberation (or whatever)...no longer being pushed and pulled by those conditioned impulses that all, probably, stemmed from the sense of lack. I no longer feel the need to 'add things to my life'. Now I just do what I do when I do it...for no other reason than...well, for no reason at all. Life just HAPPENS now. And it's wonderful. I don’t know how to live life without control (or the illusion of it), because I feel I have the responsibility for the decisions I make. Hi Suzanne, glad to hear you . A 15 years supposed "seeker" here. What you're talking about refers to a sens of perfection . Perfect blank mind, pure behavior untainted , self love and so on...and the mental says "it takes time to get there maybe" but all of this is temporary and that's the beauty of it . These statements are temporary like anything . From my side my "low self estim" wants me to leave my country, to free myself from crazyness and go far away to see nature but i'm afraid to not get a job abroad , afraid of difficulties. Is it an awakened behavior? Let's smile a bit. The whole package of thougths ,questionnings and doubts will pass and vanish as everything. Even a sens of bliss and complete freedom from all will pass too. I perfectly understand what you mean " it still playing" in a way. All is playing who cares Suzanne ? The seeking of perfection will pass in few minutes or days or come back who cares? This game is also what is but the good thing about that is it's only what is. Thoughts, me, emotions are certainly not happening from/to a person, there's no real seeking of perfection for a real me. Misinterpretations of a persona are still running and its ok, it's only what is. What is can take temporary misinterpretation of myself, my life, my perfect awaken state for sure why not ? But what is still what is , perfectly nothing, nothing less, nothing more. Wordless, actions-free, thoughtless or the opposites illusions but not lifeless for sure ! :) and that's the beauty of it. Thanks to share that with us Suzanne .

Good vid!... you (Suzanne) certainly touch on concepts, that are challenging to comprehend....😂 It's funny watching vid's of people trying to explain inner truth.. or spiritual elements that mingle within a body of conscience'ness... 🤣🤣🤣... so many will reply with agreement and believe they comprehend... But the reality is, inner truth cannot be conveyed in words, the process of what and how each experience is obscure to say the least. Each person is observing the process in all things outside of the body... and if you are into the micro-cosmos, you will observe this process also within....... The words we have learned as infants to convey information is extremely limited....that great handicap language barrier, along with a social environment that has been manipulated... has disconnected the humans, along with other life forms, and, we 'depend' upon symbiotic processes with all things.. and those things do not depend upon humans(maybe there is, but as of awareness of life processes', in human ability of observation, it cannot be seen) .. it seems for humans, the only driving force for them are emotional addictions...😂.. prob. not the best driving force for complex organisms, that are 'soooo' dependent upon symbiotic relationships of other life forms.... 'who run barter town?'

many manipulators are advanced with clever guilt trips when a person is open hearted and compassionate. Generally it’s about making someone feel bad or sorry for something that may not even be something they did or are responsible for, or that doesn't even exist. - Like...let's say... -your opinion. Many times what others can give you is not enough, so a guilt trip is to tell them they should "be happy, or lighten up " because they did not give you -"the manipulator" what you wanted when you wanted it. Like feeling "lighter" after watching this video. -As if that's her purpose or responsibility. Energy vampires want to feel only the good and ignore any lower vibrations because they feel it might rub off on them or, God forbid , cause self reflection on their own shadow self or in this case..."selves." Dark forces take advantage of that vulnerability in people whom have not made an effort to understand and clear their negative ego and shadow selves. Learning to communicate with compassionate honesty is a much needed skill in all areas of your life as well as learning to live interdependently within a family or community. This is what she is generous enough to share with the world. Your judgmental manipulative comment and the energy behind them reveals only your lack of self-realization & spiritual maturity.
