I understand you love him, 12 years is a decent age but not incredibly old one of my cats passed at nearly 22, I have another that is 19 and still very spry. If you plan on more children. And he remains aggressive to strangers, you may end up being right back where you were when you sent him to live with your parents. Home hopping is not good for him either. It's a rough situation with both having justified reasons for how they feel.

You know, my brothers and sisters and I were taught, from the time we were small children, that you respect every person you meet unless that person does something that negates that respect. I had an adopted nephew who we all loved dearly. There was a song many years ago, the words in part being: "Jesus loves the little children, all the children in the world. Red or yellow, black or white, Jesus loves the little children of the world." We lost that nephew at only 38 years of age a year ago. It was a terrible loss for his Mom and Dad, and his sister (also adopted). My nephew was a wonderful person and he is sorely missed. I'm so opposed to racial discrimination and the hatred of one race for another. Hatred of any human being is absolutely WRONG. I might hate or despise wrongful acts by others, but I refuse to hate any human being.

This is absolutely incorrect. In the United States, all airspace is exclusively controlled by the federal government and *none* of it is privately owned. I'd choose the cat. I wouldn't have gotten rid of the cat in the first place. If she had brought it up before getting pregnant, I would havd considered it, but I would not consider it when she pulls bs like that. It sounds like the miscarriage might have been a bit of a blessing. Though that guy is an asshole for abandoning his cat. The kid isn't more important. The kid is equally important. And the wife is less important. And the cat was first. If the partner has an issue with the cat, the partnership ends. If a kid would be problematic with the cat, then you don't have a kid. That's the responsibility you take on when you adopt a pet. If you already have a wife and then adopting a cat would be an issue then you don't adopt the cat. But if you already have a cat, then any issue your partner has with that cat is a real breaker if they can't get over it.

When my sister had her first baby, my parents decided to set up the crib early. The idea was to get their dog accustomed to the baby being in the house. They put a squeaky toy in the crib and would squeak it to simulate the baby. We went out one day for a few hours. When we got home the bumper was torn out of the crib. Well, in spite of the panic that followed, the dog was fine with the baby. Apparently, Bridget just wanted to see what was in the crib. She would sit there with her chin on the edge of the mattress and just watch the baby.

When you write your will, always include a penalty for fighting the decisions you made: “I fear my wishes may cause jealousy or resentment. Reflect on your own actions. Any attempt to dispute this will invalidates the inheritance to that person.” It’s also a good idea to mention everyone, even if you left them nothing: “I leave nothing to my brother, Robert. This is intentional. He knows why.” You can also include loving messages and explanations about the gifts: “l love all of my grandchildren. I’m so proud of them all. I hope this helps toward their financial independence. I’ve included an extra amount for Sally, in thanks for all her generous help as I got older. I can never repay her for helping me stay in my home.” The very best advice on writing your will is to go through an attorney. You can print off a form online and DIY. Don’t. Taking pictures and videos at a public pool is protected by the first amendment. Assuming this was in the us, she had the right even though it's creepy, and the op was in fact committing several crimes. Assault, theft, and criminal harassment (could be switched with disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace). Taking the camera was theft. Grabbing in from her hands was assault. Showing off the stolen property to other people in front of her, taunting her, and inciting others to taunt her are all harassment. And if that lady actually has money, that cop probably cost the tax payers a hefty chunk of change. The cops weren't obligated to act, but they did fuck up by threatening her for reporting several crimes that were actually happening and that she was the victim of. I don't feel bad for her, but I do think op is just as bad and being in a cell next to hers. She did commit crimes by going into people's property and filming into their windows. The tax issues aren't criminal, but they would have some civil penalties. Its only a crime if it's intentional and ignorance is negligence, and it's easier for the IRS to go the civil route, anyway.
@ShapesWithoutColors6 ай бұрын
Oh, and the police wouldn't take her stand for not paying taxes. They'd take her stand for not having a business permit. And not having a permit is also a civil matter, usually. It depends on the business. The fact that it's food, she might have other compliance issues, and some of them might be criminal.

The first story is the typical city person who thinks they can move our into the country and do whatever they want. Where I live, it's common for people to move out here and think that they can let their dogs run free. They don't understand that the leash laws apply out here too. The dogs have a tendency to chase livestock and kill chickens and when I was a kid, the dogs would mysteriously disappear. Back then the farmers kept a shotgun to stop the problems because the city people thought it was their dog's right to run free in the country. The last time I had to use that method of animal control, the owner came asking if I had seen his dog. I told him that if he was letting his dog run free, then most likely his dog did something and got himself shot. He wasn't out here in the country for very long once he understood that.
