Real fam, how would you react if you were sitting alone at a bar, and they moved you to a table?

Javi Ruiz Because she was not a prostitute. A business cannot refuse service under the protected classes and one of the protected classes is SEX. So they cannot tell her she cannot sit at the bar because she is a woman. That is why she would win the lawsuit learn the law.

@@javiruiz4405 yes ALL prostitution is illegal in the US, BUT the restaurant discriminated against single women based on ASSUMPTIONS. They assumed that ALL single women are prostitutes, what abt the men? Are single guys also banned from the bar? Based on that rule alone, the restuarant implies that ALL prostitutes are women and that ALL single women sitting at the bar are prostitutes. They are infringing on women's rights.

Javi Ruiz because they profiled her. Doesn’t matter how she’s dressed, it’s a free country she can dress however she likes. If she had violated a dress code they would’ve let her know at the door.

I’m not hating on women in this line of work but I do think it isn’t right for them to use the bar as a way to gain clients. I feel that way about other careers too. Again, I never said that what they are doing is right. That doesn't even make sense to me.... if I'm single and I happen to sit at the bar and I'm minding my business , then let me , it would only be fair to have people who have a few guests with them to sit at a table ( if they want ) not the other way around !

I’m an extremely conservative person, but I don’t understand why prostitution is even illegal. If two consenting adults decide they want to exchange sex for money, why is it anyone’s business but theirs?? Having said that, if this bar was in fact having an issue with prostitutes, and it was bringing their reputation down, I can understand them wanting to handle it. But I don’t think this is the best solution. Men are going to be less likely to want to go to this bar if it’s just full of other men. And it doesn’t seem fair to only punish the females when the men are just as much in the wrong. Here’s my solution, make everyone pay for their own drinks with a credit or debit card.

Well I am not allowed to go into a church or get dental service at a certain place in Oklahoma , so this doesn't surprise me. I went to their rummage church area and ended up getting a skirt that was too small. The next day, I went to try to exchange it with a bigger size and one woman who works there who always treats me bad had said I couldn't do this. The receptionist told me the lady had said no , so I went to the office to speak to the head person who ran the rummage area and next thing you know, her husband ends up getting near to my chest and coming too close ..I back off and he kept doing it to push me outside. Anyways , they called the police cos I called him a demon and racist...they were all ganging up on me for doing it and yeah called the cops..I didn't even curse or touched them..by the time the cops arrived , I had already left the building. Anyways I am banned from entering the church there and they just don't want to offer any service in their store to me etc etc...as for the dental office, I was banned because I missed some appointments due to sickness and I asked to be seen again and the receptionist acts like the owner of the clinic, so I told her that and she got mad and told me the dentist had said he didn't want me to be a patient there. She refused to let me to speak with the dentist and said if I would show up, they would not give me any dental services there. This dental office is suppose to be "Christian" ..so that's all the story

she's not yelling and it actually made sense. she said that body language gives clues if someone wants to be approached and if someone is a prostitute they would really show with their body language, just like somebody would show that they don't want to be approached

Of course prostitutes "touting" for business in a bar are a nuisance, but the solution is not to ban all women on their own!

@@theelolicious9302 I was referring to Adrienne's comment where she said they should ban the men (customers) because they are buying. All I'm saying is some men may like it but others may be annoyed, hence why they have an issue with prostitutes. I did not say they shouldn't ban all women because that to me is obviously wrong.

Let’s be real THE REAL , those business are tired of the issue and possible trouble with the law and perhaps customers are complaining. In this world you cannot please everybody so you handle what you can . Women are known to sit around bars soliciting their bodies because for one it’s cold outside , the environment is a lot more pleasurable , relaxing and actual conversation and even safety plays apart .

And there are things that men cannot do at establishments that women can. Some night clubs women can climb onto and dance upon the platforms as long as there isn't a dancer provided by the club currently dancing on the platform. However the male patrons of club can never dance on the platforms even as a joke. Most clubs will not admit men into the club at a 1-1 ratio. They will turn men down to ensure that there are always more females.
