I'm with Adrienne. If at any point you have to even question where you're at in a relationship with someone like "so what are we? What are we doing? Are we exclusive?" Its a no-go for me. No one should even wanna be affiliated with a partner where they have to question it. Beware of men who don't want labels or titles on a relationship. He mist likely has other side chicks in his phone and doesn't want them to find out about you.
